I just look at it like, why stretch yourself that thin? Start with one property, pay cash, never have a mortgage on it and then buy another one later when you have the cash. It'll take years buying 20 properties with 10% down to turn a consistent profit. Paying cash means immediate returns and cash flow.

I don’t think we needed to go to the extreme. I don’t its a smart idea to buy 20 houses at 10%. Just buy one for cash, live in it for 2-3 years and I am certain you will make money if you buy in the right location. I just would never rent with that much money.

I think I just have much more faith in real estate. I work in HR and we relocate a lot of our new Engineers so I stay up with real estate. I had a girl buy a house, 9 months later that mill closed, she transferred and is now renting that house making $1,000 a month over her mortgage. Most of our mills are in rural areas and these people are selling their houses quickly and for a good profit. My dad has a home in rural GA he just sold and got $35,000 over listing because it went to a bidding war. Im sure KC is a better market.

He will earn another million and his house will appreciate 16%-20% in two years with this housing market. If he gets cut because he is a bust, sell the house and make a profit. Our women have won it. Our best athletes in the US play football, basketball and baseball. Real men use their hands. I think the bolded probably tells you why. The World cup involves teams across 100 countries and for has moved their championship venue across planet for the last 90 years. Europa only involves teams in Europe. Would they ever move the EUROPA League Championship to the US? Us moving the Super Bowl to London would be equivalent of them moving the Europa League Championship to NYC. They would not do that so why would we?

No way the NFL would do this right? This is our sport. Would they ever put Wimbledon or Europa Championships in NYC?

One of my friends used to do it when he was younger and he told me he had to do about a 40 foot crawl on his back, head tilted to the side because the opening was so small. It took him 1 hour. My heart pounds thinking about it.

Yep. My neighbor, he is a good guy and we talk a lot.... but he ties his dog up to his tree for a lot of the day. He doesn't have a fenced in yard but I do. I grab that dog a lot and put him in my fence to play with my dogs. I text my neighbor first and he's cool with it always.
