Because every team goes through slumps. Chiefs were 3-4 last year after 7 games and still secured homefield. We were #3 in run defense in the league before the last 6 quarters. We just have been bad very recently.

The OC is important. We can have two good ones in a row right? But every team goes through a slump...even the Chiefs. They were 3-4 at one point last year and still got homefield. Allen wasn't pressured all day. He had his opportunities but he's off right now. He's been off since the 2nd half in GB. He's going to get back on track like he does every year. The important part is he gets back on track during the playoffs.

Everyone deserves blame. It's a collective effort in a team game of 53 players and a dozen coaches.

If you're a top unit, you can't ever struggle. The Chiefs have a great offense...they haven't had any struggles this year. 49ers have a great defense...they haven't struggled at any point of the year.

Tell me where you specified WR and OL? Not only that, but you commented on other posters about other positions too. Did you forget that you did that or something? They are #1 in scoring defense. I guess since they aren't better than #1...it's a disappointment.

Well there's another thread that a poster started that said there's only two, maybe three players on the Bills that are good. Apparently Von Miller isn't good.

Then McDermott is an excellent coach because the vast majority of his roster is "just not good enough". Poyer...not good enough. Hyde...not good enough. White...not good enough. Von Miller....not good enough. Milano....not good enough. DaQuan....not good enough.

The fact that we are 6-2 with a terrible roster is actually really impressive of McDermott.

Davis had a chance, a perfect chance to help tie or even win the game yesterday. Davis and Oliver have been my biggest disappointments.

It doesn't matter what player I give, you'll argue against it. But every time you argue against it, you're arguing that McDermott is an excellent coach. If a coach can win divisions with a roster that only has 2 good players, he's great. Top to bottom, this is a very good roster and consensus top 3 in the league. Why didn't you create this thread after we beat the Chiefs, Titans and Ravens?

This happens every year. We were 7-6 at one point last year. In 2020, we had a terrible 3 game stretch against the Chiefs, Titans and Jets. In those 3 games, we scored 4 TD's. In 2019, Eagles killed us, lost to the Browns and Washington stayed with us until late in the 4th.
