  1. Oh geez, another Marvin Lewis comparison. Marvin Lewis never won a playoff game, zero. Zero and 7. Not happy with McDermott so compare him to the worst playoff coach in NFL history....makes sense.
  2. I was very, very calm before the Steelers game. Like I was just extremely confident we win. I am still calm now, a little more pumped but calm. I have confidence in this game, I expect it actually. I was a nervous wreck in the previous playoff seasons. Now I'm like Fonzie. What is Fonzie like? He's cool. Is this me sensing destiny?
  3. He leads our defensive ends in total tackles and tackles for loss. He sets the edge very well. But lets completely grade him on one stat and say he’s disappointing.
  4. He once said PFF is scientific.
  5. Okay so you with PFF grade that Ed Oliver has been below average this year. They have Jordan Davis as a top 10 DT and he’s been terrible this year. Ed Oliver, below average.
  6. Ed Oliver is out of the top 60 interior DL according to PFF.....unless I'm reading it wrong.
  7. The issue is, you can't argue hard for PFF when you yourself disagree yourself with several of their grades. You can't pick and choose what is a legit grade or not. When a website has both Ed Oliver and Jeffrey Simmons outside of the top 50 for interior defensive lineman, their legitimacy has to be questioned. There is not a GM, coach or scout that would have both of them on the outside of the top 50 or anywhere close to it. Jordan Phillips top 15?
  8. The team can just use the data and come up with their own grading system. They are not paying for player grades. They have their own scouting department and I think we have the most. Data is objective, player grades are subjective. Player grades are not just based on data, it's based on film. The film will show you what the play was developing into but you can't always know the exact assignment everyone is supposed to have, especially on the offensive line. Former and current NFL players have talked about it. That's where the issue is. Just because someone is beat doesn't always mean it was their fault. I have heard players give specific examples of this. I don't have PFF but you do but when I looked at DT rankings....Ed Oliver is not even ranked in the top 50? Correct me if I am wrong. https://www.pff.com/nfl/grades/position/di
  9. Yeah because we had the balls to end it.
  10. He got two pressures I know of. Here’s one. The other he just shoved Rudolph. At least he’s getting there.
  11. The fans need to get loud in the huddle, not just at the line of scrimmage. Make it hard for them to hear Mahomes from the start.
  12. I think the slot is the worst place to put Elam. He seems to struggle in short yardage quick routes which is why he grabs so much...he's off balance easily.
  13. That was out of the slot I believe. He's our back up slot and Dionte Thompson is too much for him to handle.
  14. This is you, isn't it?
  15. Where is KC going to find a left footed punter for their returners to practice catching on? This is a gigantic advantage and could be the key FA signing of Beane's era.
  16. He has only played 13% of defensive snaps. He's valuable because he can play all 3 secondary roles if needed.
  17. Dude, I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old dog and I really hate that thoughts creep in my mind every once in awhile that one day they both won't be here and it's probably within 10 years. Hate thinking about that.
  18. I think we can keep Poyer another year. He's still an average safety and on the market, I think an average safety is going to make about as much as Poyer. Not sure if it's a good idea changing out two safety's. I think that's what really hurt the Bengals. I think Cam Lewis might be our other starting safety next year.
  19. There are people in this world addicted to non-addicting things. Addiction is the strongest and most powerful entity in the world. It surpasses love and life because addicts will give that up but not the drug.
  20. I would say 95% of white punters could kick your ass. 100% of minorities.
  21. How many people are we talking about now?
  22. Even with the price of parking??
