only 28 years old.....great talent but I think a bit of a malcontent. He can maybe help in spot duty. He is a low Y/A guy across his career, never became what he could have. The Bills are a sneaky terrible awful no good dont even try to run screens team.

The net result of pre McDermott and post McDermott in Buffalo is striking....we all know what they have not accomplished but I give him a ton of credit for turning around the entire organization from a loser to a consistent winner. It is hard to build an NFL team that wins consistently. Dabol is learning that as we speak. Whether its a Dad type, a screamer, whatever...whenever you are at the top of the organization you will have detractors.

You did....after reading what you said and watching their handshake I have to agree with you. I just never went on a rant...all I was saying is people can have spirited disagreements and be friends/respect each other and want to go to war with each other. This might not be that though....

You know this how? Having some conflicts about how to do things does not mean they don’t like each other. It can be healthy and Sean McDermott has the emotional intelligence to do what is best and put feelings aside.

That is amazingly equivalent to the last 3 years. Rush yards are way down however which you left out. I dont need to see designed runs by Josh, the RB's are doing that good this year. A few more scrambles? Sure I would sign up for that. I view this differently, Josh is evolving and evolution does not happen without challenges. I think people are generally so insatiable for all offense all the time, they cannot handle a game here and there where things dont go as well. Show me the team that has no challenges in some games....I'm waiting.
