He was fourth last year too. Jaquan Johnson was the third safety both he and Hamlin had to play and Johnson was so bad Hamlin jumped in. Other than that I agree. Hamlin is depth last year and this year. It’s ok and there is no elephant.

The bills player started lifting the helmet off and the punter aggressively completed the removal. It was pretty minor. Removing a helmut is not a penalty if it comes off during a play or when another player is pulling it off.

My opinion.....constant talk of 12 personnel....when they have Kincaid out there split out with Knox in on the line I understand that is what we call 12 personnel but is it? Replace Kincaid with Shankir who does the exact same thing, runs routes in the passing game and we now call it 11. My point is 11 and 12 are personnel groups defined by the positions assigned to the players. Formations are something else and I am not sure how much that changed last night. What did change is target share for the other guys on the field not named Diggs. There were a lot more first reads that were NOT Diggs last night which makes the defense not be able to key on one guy and likely was not what the Bucs were expecting. my 2 pennies....

Sherfield I agree, the Bills TOLD us something different with Harty with his contract. Then it was all about the advanced stats, yards per route run, etc. I know he is not McKenzie but he is outputting less than McKenzie at 3 times the cost. I am not ashamed to admit I expected more.

The bills have scored 198 points, Chiefs 178 and Eagles 186. They have all struggled at times, the Bills for three straight weeks and their total is misleading this year but point is they all struggle at times. The Eagles have a better second WR than the Bills. I dont agree with those other teams, they would be unstoppable.

You can search my posts, you will not find a lot second guessing the coaching, I dont want everyone fired all the time nor want every player that had a good fantasy year signed etc. I will also say the point of this is discussion amongst fans, if you are not interested in questioning discussing what happens with the team and what might some other options be so be that is an option. I take exception to the bolded, do any of us have access to what the staff does on all the players and know who has "earned" playing time and whatnot, no. However, when it comes to catching the ball, we have a lot of evidence over several years that shows Gabe catches a very small percentage of his targets as compared to everyone else on the team. That is partly due to longer routes run and partly due to dropping the football and partly due to lack of separation. So I would turn that around and ask you has Gabe earned the right to play nearly 100% of the snaps based on what you have seen? The staff loves his work ethic, they love his blocking (that matters) but like Joe Marino said "Gabe has shown us what he is over the last 3 plus years and for a receiver, he has limitations".
