    If Gase can’t turn Darnold into a Matt Ryan type of QB that is on him. The talent is there, he just needs good coaching. I’m very happy the Jets hired Gase though, I could see this team turning into a dumpster fire really quickly. They have had a poorly run organization for years.

    Cincy is alway a contender for the last wild card spot and this year is no different. If everything bounces right they can pull off ten wins and if they have bad luck they could get six. It is not an easy game though. The Dolphins should be easy games. All the other games we have to play well to win.

    I would like to hear Josh talk about the play. It almost felt like he wanted to throw to know but switched to brown last second when he saw the hold.

    Who is in the Giants dline? They are no where close to the Jets dline.

    They are very top heavy with talent. A few injuries could make them brutal. Similar to our Whaley era.

    Doubt it, they are not a bad team. If teams can’t control Bell they will win some games. Probably a 7 win team this year.

    This is exactly what they are doing. It’s pretty silly to ignore the most important quarter. Bottom line with Josh is he is a gamer, he makes plays when we need it. He is also an analytic buster which is why PFF doesn’t like him.

    The guy picked up first downs on all of his catches I believe too. Best play on offence by far. We have not had a WR that good in a few years.

    That was an insane play by Bell. He is still one of the best in the business. Luckily when you have a good D like we do you can stop any RB if they are the focal point of the offence.

    That’s what I was thinking as well, haha. He was the one that provided a jump start when we needed it most.

    The Big Ben comparisons seem spot on. Stay poised and make big plays in the 4th when the game is on the line. Nothing went our way today and we still won.

    I’m not, I didn’t draft a WR2 until I drafted him in my fantasy draft. That guy will be the steal of fantasy football this year. I’m going 75 for 1100 yards

    That is how I feel too. I still think we could have a good season if we lose, but our playoff chances will go way down if we lose a divisional game off the bat. It’s a huge game. This is the biggest Bills vs Jets game in the 2000’s.

    We have some good depth on the PS. This team will be able to handle some injuries this year. I think we are adding another DB from Miami tomorrow. Hopefully the last spot is an RB or WR.

    They have some good players in the middle. Their edge players suck. Our oline will handle them with ease week 1.

    So are you saying Polite made the Jets? I don’t really think there is an argument here. The Jets are a bottom 5 team for edge rushers and Polite didn’t make the team as a 3rd round pick that is almost guaranteed a spot. You’re just flat out wrong, give it up. Try using logic in your next response, I doubt you can come up with anything.

    I don’t put much stock into where the guy was drafted. For all we know Beane had an undrafted grade in polite. What I do know is Johnson has a chance to be a special pass rusher in the league, his talent stood out all offseason. Polite couldn’t make one of the worst Edge rush cores in the NFL.

    Same, I know this team is going to win a lot of games and that is all I care about.

    Johnson is so smooth, if teams knew he would look like that he would have gone in the first two rounds. Polite doesn’t fit our culture either. We are not going to pick him up.

    No thanks, he isn’t even close to the player Johnson is. Lets develop that kid instead.

    I wouldn’t say he has no talent, he had enough talent to be a good player in college but not enough to be a professional football player.
