What happens if we trade a 3rd for Ertz but the NFL hits us for irresponsible Covid and takes away our 3rd? Do we have to give Ertz back?

Brady is having a very good year, he looks like he could play another 4 years at this current level. Im just glad the Patriots screwed up and let him walk, we have played more than enough games against him.

Brady is a perfectionist, he is missing his Edelman that runs probably the best routes in the NFL. A Brown also is a great route runner and knows how to get open, Brady loves those types of WR because he is pin point accurate and trusts his WR will be where he should. I think the Bucs and KC are the best teams in the NFL right now. I’m just glad Brady is out of the division because it is obvious that he was the one that made that Patriots team win.

Allen/Burrow for me, If Burrow keeps developing he might be a top 3 QB sooner than later.

Common sense would probably dictate that you check that the players had the right cleats. Soaking footballs would be another one but I’ve used those gloves and they make catching wet footballs pretty easy. Checking field conditions with a fine tooth comb all over the field. Visibility with visors to see if they need to be removed.

If he is not in prison for life it would be very hard for me if I was the father to not take justice into my own hands.

If thats the case I would like to say that Mitch Morse is playing like a Lunatic. He will probably get snubbed for the Pro Bowl but he would easily be my pick this year.

I think McD paired with a 3-4 DC would be interesting. I believe McD best area of coaching is also with the secondary. As a defensive HC I’m sure he is looking around the NFL to see what is working with other teams. When you see 3-4 defenses at the top it should peek your interest.

Watching the game replay of the last few games it’s obvious that our O-Line do not search out contact. You see the Raider and KC O-Lineman searching for someone to hit but our guys just stand there with their knees bent and arms out blocking air.

I have to say our O-line might be the worst at run blocking in the NFL. I don't even think Derrick Henry could run behind it.

Another 3-4 defense that I would like to copy, the Ravens and the Bucs dictate to the offense not the other way around.

I get what you are saying and I agree that we are shuffling and moving people around way more now. Our lack of backups/depth at the O-line position is scary bad, if Morse or Dawkins go down expect to see this offense crumble. We had a lot of holes to fix in this rebuild, the team is showing signs that it can compete against the best teams in the NFL. I think we are 1 more year away from having a fully rebuilt team under Beanie and McD. We seem to be trending in the right direction and with a few tweaks we might be able to pull off a shot at the SB this year. The next year of FA and the draft needs to be focused on the trenches.

I don't care if you cut and pasted this from 10 different scouting reports, everything you posted is exactly what we are seeing on the field this year. I think Edmunds is still very young a will develop into a solid/good player but I feel like this defense might be holing him back.

I never hope for injuries on any team but the reality is these guys play the most physically demanding game on the planet and guys are going to go down. I never hope for injuries because that is just back Karma/Bad Juju. All you can do is trust in your GM to get the right players/depth and your HC to have them ready to play.

The part that sucks is that I think he is one of the best secondary coaches. I think he is a little out of his league at DC.

When you let 2 guys in Phillips and Lawson leave who were arguably our strongest guys off the snap, you are going to have problems. I don’t care what the advanced stats said about Phillips in the run game, that guy pushed people into the pockets and won battles. Lawson was amazing at never getting pushed back and was one of the best run/pass DE’s in the NFL.

I agree, they might be able to release Murphy and a few others to make this happen. With Watts injury history and contract I would only give up a 3rd or 4th rd pick.

Even if Dareus is out of shape I have never seen him get blown up like that.

I agree, I think Frazier is going through a mid life crisis. If the Jets go off offensively I will definitely be onboard the Fire Frazier train.

To me they all suck so I could care less if Croom who can’t block, run good routes or get open on a regular basis get 1 or even 3 tds. All of our TE’s suck and so does Croom.

This is a strange move because Fitz is playing well and the fish are still in the hunt. If Fitz was playing poorly I could see the move being made. I’m so happy the see the rest of the AFC East implode

Thank god, it only took half their offense to go down with injuries before they signed Croom. Poor Wentz.
