    We will need a new O-Line coach or nobody will get better. The coaching at the O-Line position is putrid, not one player is getting better on a yearly or weekly timetable. Castillo is garbage.

    If he wins a playoff game I will still eat my shoe. I always felt that we should've stuck with Fitz and drafted good talent around him while grooming a young QB behind him. The Weapons Taylor had are still producing solid to good numbers for other teams. The weapons Fitz had are working at UPS and Jewel now.

    I'm guessing we will sign 3 Star L type players to fix that 100m of cap space.

    I see very little talent on this roster and too many holes to fill to even be 5-11 next year. We need a huge talent infusion at WR and O-line. We could start from nothing next year at both positions and be in better shape than we are now. LB's and the D-Line look very bad as well, nobody on this team will be making the pro bowl.

    Vic Fangio would be a solid HC candidate, he rebuilt that Bears defense. They attack and bring pressure from so many different formations. Vic Fangio has created 2 top 3 defense's with two different teams. I think it's safe to say if Fangio gets a HC chance that team will have a top 5 defense in two years.

    Star sucks and our rookie MLB is being abused. Milano is a backup on most teams. We are not an attacking defense, offense's are destroying this Swiss cheese zone defense. Our talent level is just putrid on both sides of the football.

    I've said it a hundred times that I don't blame Marrone for leaving. No good HC would work with Russ and Whaley pulling the strings. If the Pegula's would have cleaned house and fired everyone from the failed Wilson era I believe Marrone would still be the HC right now.

    You can take Doug Marron off that list because I can't think of one good coach that would work with Brandon and Whaley.

    I would rather grab a DT off a PS and develop him and eat the guaranteed money. What a worthless waste of cap space and roster spot.

    Yea he sucks, he is being pushed back 5 yards on every play. No penetration, no pass rush, no run stopping. I have no problem cutting him right now.

    I'd rather take the unknown awful with potential than the known mediocre that I know will never win a super bowl.

    All I want to hear is Castillo has been fired. I predict at least 3 new starters will be on this O-Line through FA or the draft. I don't want Castillo contaminating them.

    We are going to need WR's with great catching ability because I've never seen a QB rocket passes like Allen does. I don't think the WR's will adjust to him for a few more games. Freakish arm strength.

    The Ravens might have a top 5 defense this year. I'm excited to see what Allen does vs lesser opponents. I wish we had some offensive weapons for him but it is what it is.
