    He is getting 3 years min from me. Very raw prospect from Wyo, in college they didn't throw a lot of screens and dumps, they stretched the field in a pro system so he needs more reps and another off-season to work on it. He's shown improvement from year 1 to year 2. Way too much talent to not give him another year.

    Would rather have a dominant edge rusher. It would be too expensive and is not a position of need

    see the Eagles game: Our defense is not good against power run football teams, we are built to defend the pass, especially intermediate to deep passing.

    I want to see Singletary and Yeldon combination. Hopefully they decide to give Gore some veteran rest the next two weeks because I think Yeldon has more to offer than Gore at this point. With Yeldon on the filed at least you keep the defense guessing with the threat of pass. When Gore is on the field they all key on him and he looks slow, still powerful but slow. His YPC is BAD.

    The importance of the game (playoff clinch, primetime, Away at Steelers under the lights, Top 5 defense) should give him a bump, on any other week this is a C type performance but I'd give him a B on the night. A is probably too high and I am more of a Allen homer than hater.
