    Definitely have to find that interview! Hughes is a shadow of himself, AJ is still deep in development, Boogie is as well, Mario is just a pass rusher. We don’t exactly have 6 we’ll rounded consistent DEs.

    I’m not sure how much impact Shaq could have these next few weeks if he does re-sign here. It’ll take him a little bit to get up to speed on the changes from the last 2 years. I still would like to see him on the roster this summer.

    Totally agree, Beane checks out every FA but I do believe there is legitimate interest on both sides. Shaq is only 27, if he can bring that great run defender who is also solid pass rusher to pair up with Groot, that would be sweet.

    It wouldn’t be the first time that camp ‘jumped the gun’ to be first (Tyson Calabo), but I do too have some respect for those guys. There is enough smoke for the “both parties are talking” fire to likely be true. TRS just went with a click bate title, unfortunately.

    He was decent at OLB with Miami, he didn’t accomplish much as DE with the Jets this year, he wasn’t a starter though. Kevin M is reliable (guy who reported it).

    DaBoll is a mediocre OC, takes way to long for adjustments, and a wildly inconsistent play caller. The offense ranks what it ranks because Josh Allen.

    Allen hitting in the high 40s and low 50s is uncharacteristic, I feel DaBoll did minimal to help him. I feel his strange stats were more a symptom of poor gameplan by the coaches.

    2022 year automatically voids 23 days before the 2022 league year ($2M dead cap) I interpret that as he’s getting 2 million regardless if his contract voids… if they opt not to void it, it wouldn’t it be 1 year 2 million? IF Bills can add 1 more year for 1 million plus his 2 million that’s guaranteed, adding him for 3 million for 5-7 sacks again might be worth it.

    Technically Addison’s contract is voidable but his money is, I believe, guaranteed. Better chance than not that he’s on the 2022 roster this summer.

    The weather wasn’t THAT bad the last few weeks, the passing offense was just uncharacteristically ‘off.’

    Seems the change in run block scheme has bolstered the rushing attack, they looked great today.

    More pass rushers you can get the better, Lawson is still only 27 and is flat out loved in our locker room. Thad Brown posted a video from the first Jets game, def go watch it.
