  1. Table is set for the Ravens offense.
  2. They want to take this 1 season and forget about all the others leading up this point. Imagine if the accolades were reversed and you had Chiefs fans arguing that their QB, that has won nothing, was better or greater than the Bills QB that has 2 league MVPs, 3 Rings and 3 Super Bowl MVPs. It's ridiculous. Josh needs to win one or he's going to be in that Marino/Phillip Rivers tier. A hard truth.
  3. Mohair always reminds me of Seinfeld.
  4. I told you his comp was Dez Bryant. That's what I was hoping for. His confidence is building.
  5. This is like when people try to downplay Belichick's greatness because Tom Brady won a Super Bowl in Tampa with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Antonio Brown, Gronk and a rejuvenated Leonard Fournette. Like Jameis Winston didn't throw for 5,100 yards there the season before. Completely forgetting that Belichick had 2 rings already before Brady even came along. Andy Reid or Kyle Shanahan are best developers of QB talent this league has ever seen. Who's schemes do you think Patrick is running? It's not one thing or the other, is a combination of coaching and talent why the Chiefs have 3 Super Bowl victories, including in 2 in the past 2 years. Andy Reid is an excellent offensive mind, aided by an all-time great QB.
  6. Some guys are late bloomers, some find the right scheme/fit and some catch lightning in a bottle - regressing back to their old selves over time.
  7. Have they unleashed those Grizzlies upstate yet?
  8. Which is why I don't take the award seriously anymore. When they robbed Gurley in 2017, that was it for me. Thurman wouldn't have won his well-deserved MVP award with today's criteria. It's a joke.
  9. He took a risk re-signing with the Vikings without having a viable QB. A rookie and Sam Darnold was a gamble.
  10. There you go. These receivers have to decide what's more important. Greg Jennings, Randy Moss (Raiders) Kenny Golladay, Devante, Hokpins - the list goes on and on. Justin Jefferson is really lucky right now.
  11. They used him all over, but he was capable outside. Not sure how much Hop has left. We're gonna see. His route running will never fade.
  12. They need an outside guy to fill the hole Rice left.
  13. You have to wonder how much his skills have eroded while he's been wasting away in Tennessee.
  14. A 32 year old slot receiver that can't stay healthy. No way I'd trade a 2nd for him.
  15. When you don't have a QB worth paying, you can afford to pay the best player on the team - your sole reason for being able to win games. $12.5M for Barkley is a drop in the bucket compared to $40M for Daniel Jones.
  16. I called it back when they paid Jones and snubbed Barkley. Some of these GM's are clueless or maybe they just over-think things.
  17. Such a difficult choice. Money or productive career longevity? Cooper was spot on with the "Move or rust" comment. I could go down a list of elite WRs that chose the money and a terrible QB situation only to see their skills deteriorate.
  18. Brandon Aiyuk proving, yet again, why it is imperative for these guys to do whatever it takes to get that big contract while they can. He would have been under the tag. Who was going to pay him $30M AAV next year coming off a season-ending knee injury?
  19. Walker should be the only concern here.
  20. I loved Eric Metcalf.
  21. There is way too much talent on the Jets offense for them to be this bad.
  22. Najee Harris never runs harder than after Jaylen Warren returns from injury and is hot on his heels.
  23. I thought he was out with an injury in the 1st half?
  24. The En Vogue one, not the sucky one that came after.
