I knew more than the Bills on Draft Day 2014. I was screaming at the TV when the Bills were up at #4 to take Kahlil Mack. Raiders got themselves a HOFer. We got a diva WR who never had as good of a season as Steve Johnson.

According to our GM getting 36 year old Anquan Boldin showed that he is a win-now kinda guy....

I threw Cassel in there as an example because any common street fan knew he was completely washed up. But there were the gullible Bills, wasting a draft pick to get him to come in and "compete" for the starting position. Gag me. This team is so flippant throwing away their talent and trading picks for other teams garbage, see Bryce Brown.

I have no problem with this. Buffalo has taken 17 years of our time, 22 if you count the time they won a Playoff game, so it's smart to actually follow a team that has won something. The Bills have sapped any enjoyment of NFL football for a healthy percentage of fans because of the morbid nature of the team.

Sammy I'm ok with, he is soft. But I didn't like the Darby move at all and have no faith in the 2nd and 3rd Round pick they got. The Bills are a farm team because the weight of losing always makes them fire their Coaches and FO which means constant roster turnover. No team gets less out of their talent and draft picks as the Buffalo Bills.

Bills have been the farm team of the NFL for years with all the bad trades (Lynch, Peters, Cassel) that they have made. To think they could have had UB's Khalil Mack. Add 2014 as another draft where the Bills got nothing.

I think by all Training Camp accounts the Bills messed up and should have taken Mahomes or Watson at #10.

I like Anquan Boldin. But he is a 36 year old WR whose average ypc has decreased for 5 straight years. Beane standing up there and hyping that move was pathetic. While we're at it, let's go get Hines Ward out of retirement and Santana Moss and Laveranues Coles too.

Typical fashion for the Bills is to get 0-1 player out of a Draft class.

McDermott's all business attitude, all details, schtik sounds somewhat canned. So not sold at all on him No idea on Beane. Overall I have no faith the Bills are ever going to be good again. No depth, KW is 34, journeyman QB, Shady is 29, and no real up and coming young players.

What do you want them to say? The Bills traded two of their top 5 most talented players today for lesser players and draft picks. And we've seen how badly multiple Bills regimes have drafted. The Bills weren't watchable before these deals, and are less watchable now. Tavon Austin and a first for Sammy? I would have liked that better. I didn't need to see Darby walk out the door.

Except when you play a real QB, get down by two touchdowns and only have one gear to try and mount a comeback.

Not sure why fans continue to gobble up anything that OBD does. All the new regime did was cover up and clear the path for Peterman to get reps. Didn't even make him compete for the job. And don't give me Yates is real competition. And don't give me that a 7th Rounder is something with the way this team drafts. Bills protecting their favorites again, especially at QB.

I agree, an absolute waste of a roster spot and you just traded a guy you took in the 4th for nothing.

I don't like this trade. There was no reason to do this if all you were going to get was a lousy conditional 7th.

Sammy has been gimping through injuries since he arrived. I'm not expecting much from him this year.

I've said forever that Gilmore is a run of the mill corner. Just go right at him and he gives up catches. WGR will have his back, they love him. Based on what? His one year in 2015 when he was good? Yeah he had one year in PFF where he was good. Otherwise he is an average corner.

You start to type Playoffs....then realize that's not going to happen, so then you make some excuses about new schemes and write 8-8. At that point, who cares? Limp to the usual 6-7 wins.
