When merging onto high way using my blinker signaling I'm trying to get into the lane usually left of me...... when the other driver all of a sudden drives at the same pace as me not allowing me to get in. I mean at the very least if you don't want to let me get in your lane speed up man!

My favorite movie he was in was My Bodyguard as Cliff's dad. Also, had a memorable role in Mr. Mom. I associate more with early 80's movies but it seems he did a lot of other stuff too.

I lurk here from time to time after stuff like January 6th or last nights debate but don't post all that much. My take is it swings quite a bit to whoever has momentum. After Jan 6 it seemed most people posting were anti Trump. After last night it seems most here are anti Democrat. Because let's face it Biden looked like 💩. But yeah I'd say it seems overall independent but conservative leaning from the times I've lurked here over the years.

That’s pretty funny. I remember hearing the song like 20 years back and liking it but could never find it. I knew it sounded like Boz Scaggs but didn’t recall the lyrics to look it up. And yep listening to as you said Yacht Radio recently is where I heard and found the song. But I do like it.

Song is 25 years old already from Austin Powers 2. Song still sounds fresh. She was real beautiful, sexy, and funny in the video as well.

Whole yeah Seton Hall might have shot themselves in the foot otherwise in overtime it still doesn’t make up for the fact that was a horrendous call! Enough so I’m even starting a thread on it all these years later. It can be argued Michigan might still have won. But for a National Championship it shouldn’t have went down like that! I think that was even worse than the Patriots/Bills game of 1999

It was funny in my case as well one time my ex bosses boss did all that moving around stuff on her desk on a Friday late after she left. And I’m just like I’m not gonna feel like on a Monday morning having my managers mood roll down on me. You know s**t rolls downhill. So I put the stuff back.

That actually happened where I work. My ex bosses boss saw her as a control freak and used to purposely move things around on her desk to mess with her.

Yeah I think it was Edwin’s first save in a month. It’s kind of sad I felt ecstatic and relived to see him get the job done Friday night but it is what it is. I did see that online about Grimace. Im not deluding myself into thinking we a got a good team this year but the reality is the Mets are only 2.5 games back of the playoffs. I think there’s a chance a team under .500 makes the playoff cut in the NL this year.

Rex Ryan- his ego destroyed such a dominant defense Kelvin Benjamin- ditto all comments before me on the dude Mario Williams- I really was expecting we were going to get a generational type player/talent with him at first. To me he was disappointing. The 4th one I had a hard time with but I'm going Tyler Bass. The missed field goal in the playoff game, his wide right kick against the Giants this year sent all sorts of PTSD with me. The team was lucky to win that game. I can't recall having this little faith in a Bills field goal kicker ever.

With Adam Carolla and Jimmy Kimmel? The other thread about dads in the movies made me think a little about this. My best friend in high school used to bond with his Dad watching it. I'm sure many other father and sons could have as well once they met a certain age. 😁 I wasn't a huge fan but it was good for some laughs. Clips of it on Youtube are still pretty funny. Most of the comments are on how much James has sold out since then to put it nicely. I kinda got to agree. It was an amusing show though.

Rocky 5 for me can belong in that thread as well cheesy stuff you still recall fondly. In this movies though Rocky wasn’t perfect as a dad but he tried. This scene always gets me choked up
