  1. Week 3 2011 against the Patriots. 1st Buffalo game I was ever at. And in general a pretty happy time in my life
  2. Charmed was up there for me for TV shows I mainly watched for the eye candy so to speak without really paying like too much attention to the plots. I still remember her in this episode over 20 years later. She wore that outfit like in the whole episode. Schwing.
  3. Most celebs deaths don't really mean much to me but her I kind of feel a bit. I know she had a long fight with breast cancer. Very good looking woman, remember her from Heathers, 90210, and Charmed I know she kind of had a reputation as a bad girl but most accounts of her was she was a sweet person and not a fake one. https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/shannen-doherty-beverly-hills-90210-star-dies-53-1236071496/
  4. Presently in the league: Nick Chubb Back in the day I did like Vinny Testaverde and Wayne Chrebet. I even read Wayne's bio.
  5. Describes me pretty well at the moment
  6. One of my favs I listed was 3 O Clock High. Another film without much fanfare at the time but a total classic. I kind of even have a memory of starting a thread here when it had its 30th anniversary of coming out.
  7. Actually, a good number of people I know go their beaches or even retire there. Perception there seems to be changing it seems
  8. I drove past it and it looked like a beautiful park. I’ve heard nothing but good things about as well. And I can’t imagine Pirates fans in attendance being hostile so you guys should have a good time. Yeah it was summer when we went there. It was funny after we got there I realized the Steelers were actually playing the Bills that week. It was the preseason. While I still say unbiasedly the Bills have the most passionate fanbase in the NFL…. I was definitely impressed for just a pre season game how many Steelers jerseys and shirts I saw around at the hotel and what not.
  9. Have you been to Pittsburgh ever? My Dad and I went there last year. For vacation, not to see the Mets. While we enjoyed the city I founded navigating the roads there was a pain. Lots of hills and bridges.
  10. I watched the movie How High recently and laughed my butt off at it. The thing is 20 years ago when it came out I thought it was rather on the silly side. A lot has to do with the campus culture these days at universities. This scene at the time was supposed to be parody but it really does seem to capture how professors think at colleges these days. Extremely progressive and white apologists. Yeah Redman is hysterical as well. lol NSFW
  11. Underrated singer. She was hot too
  12. I think it’s only now hitting on the Democratic brass how poor a presentation/debate Joe give last week as we are getting excuses now that his schedule before hand tired him out. They are so full of crap though. While it’s true just because someone debates well doesn’t mean they’d be good at the actual job….. look how the Democrats demonized Gary Johnson in 2016 for not knowing where Aleppo was or naming a foreign policy leader he admired. For a party all about “democracy” it seems very hypocritical now to me.
  13. Some pretty good nostalgia in this game. Flutie's game the previous year (2001) against the Bills I still remember vividly but not much his comeback to Buffalo. Even if he was just filling in for Drew Brees. Very weird as well seeing Steve Christie with the Chargers. That and he connected on one of his signature very long field goals in this game. I enjoyed watching most of this one last night.

  15. The other thread about high school made me think of this movie. While it wasn’t I think about high school life per se, it was very popular among kids I went too school with. I still never watched it but I know to many kids of the 90s that movie hit as being very real.
  16. Still holds up really well
  17. The theme song for our Buffalo Bills
  18. Yeah Dennys I think is very underrated. Always get a solid meal there.
  19. The Waterfront in Perth Amboy, NJ I do like a lot. While it does have a little beach there most people in New Jersey love the shores when it comes to being by the water. Part of it too I think the city of Perth Amboy gets a little unfairly put down quite a bit around this neck of the woods. What I think is cool about it besides the nice walkway, and piers is you look directly at the most southern point of NYC and New York State... Tottenville, Staten Island. Being New York extends all the way up to the Buffalo/Niagara area out west I think that's pretty cool. Especially since I spend a good amount of time on a Buffalo fan site.
  20. Glad you enjoyed. loved and cracked up seeing Mr. and Mrs. Met getting down to it
  21. agree. In my lifetime I never had as little faith in a Bills field goal kicker before.
