Some fans get it and some fans never will. If you can't win a Superbowl with Josh Allen at QB you are never going to win one. This coaching staff GM whatever you want to call it has proven time and time again that even if their QB is playing an absolute ALL TIMER performance they can AND will still find a way to lose. It's really as simple as that, this team been truly stuck in the mud for years now and until their are major changes to coaching/GM Josh Allen's career is going to wind up like Phillip Rivers. Some fans on here posting that "it's better than the 17 years of slop", is it????? I think I prefer the 17 years of slop than watching what these people are doing to the career of my favorite player of all time. At least during the 17 years of slop the expectations were low, we weren't ruining an all time greats career and embarassing ourselves over and over again. Each year there was renewed hope, every 2-3 years fresh coaching faces fresh ideas fresh plays.... if you ask me, the product they are putting out on the field now is getting kind of hard to watch. Boring, low positive football. Soft players with a bad scheme year after year with no hope in sight. The best thing about the current version of the bills is Josh Allen, literally the only thing that makes it worth watching, even though everything is awful around him this dude can still pop off and beat the leagues very best and give us a show. Unfortunately, that's about all we have to hope for and on the flip side -- embarassment awaits the second he can't live up to that impossibly high standard. IMAGINE -- we got posters in this thread trying to blame our woes on Josh, posting about commercials?????? Just take me out back and put me down.

Except that you never considered what is different this time. This time the team actually drafted a WORLD WIDE SUPER STAR. Fans are in love with Allen much more than they are with the buffalo bills (front office, owner, management, etc). Never has that ever been the case in buffalo before. Now you are watching them tragically destroy this mans career and I am telling you there will be consequences.

Jamar Chase, Tee Higgins, Travis Kelce, Derrick Henry I mean do I need to go on here or ???? this list good enough???? It's tough to get into this season guys. We're the same team, we're gonna get in the playoffs, josh allen is good enough to hide every problem of this staff and roster to make the playoffs year after year but lets face it the writing is on the wall already this is not a superbowl squad: We struggle against NO and Miami lets face it, and NE clipped us these aren't the leagues best teams... not even close frankly. It's just a shame what we allow this team to continue to do to Josh Allens career. Other posters are like "TO ALL YOU MCDERMOTT HATERS OUT THERE WHO WOULD BE YOUR PICK?!" -- Literally a guy off the freaking street at this point. Almost ANYBODY but the same damn thing being trotted out there season after season would be more entertaining to watch. This team "McDermotts team" has already been proven time and time again to not be good enough yet we keep repeating it. We actually let this soulless ginger turn our High Powered Passing attack which features the best Quarterback in the world into a run-first squeeze-it-out conservative whatever show this is. We celebrate how conservative we are like "the bills haven't turned it over in 24 seasons!" uh thats not a great stat yall that means we aren't taking chances at ALL. I could rant for hours but I think some of you would still be slobbering for mcdermott for whatever reason. Just take me out back and bash my brains in because I already know how this season ends.

Good thing we draft and invest in some grade A receivers to help should be super easy season for Josh.

Seriously cringey stuff. Like why would you put your kids in that sort of risk I don't get that really and then when they grow up as teenagers they are going to want to drift in a fancy sports car it sounds like recipes for disaster one way or another. Also, I just don't like to watch these guys take risks even with their own bodies lol let alone the kids.

It wasnt a terrible performance and that helps but at the same time we also expected this team to not even make the playoffs at 6-6 so in a way it felt like we over achieved. Still, McDermott ball sucks.
