I find your statements to be quite idiotic myself. Josh Allen is one of the best football players in the world. That statement really isn't up for debate. Offense looked much better tonight at least getting first downs and moving the ball at will. We didnt punch every drive in but overall the offense was better. Mcdermott is still this teams biggest problem and nothing has changed

Exactly it's not because McBean has been great it's because they drafted Josh Allen. Sometimes thats enough but often times you need to build around it and they have failed to do that properly IMO.

It's just a dumb place to lay the blame because there is a less than 5% chance we can draft a QB who is better than josh and we rolled the dice doing that for 20 years. So instead of b!#$hing about what can't be fixed it's much better to look at where we CAN Be better and that is THE COACHING. Josh Allen is CAPABLE of some of the best QB play anyone has ever seen. All world. So we kinda know that the issue is with getting it out of him, and that is 150% on the COACHING!

Yah exactly this kind of response would be refreshing and encouraging because it would sound like actual identification of issues and plan to adjust.

He has nothing to be happy about. He has inept supporting staff and mid level coaching. He is constantly behind the 8 ball and feeling the pressure. Nothing and i mean NOTHING is easy for this new-look McDHole offense. What is the kid going to be smiling about? I wish Josh did to McD what McD did to him in that first game. Josh should have ran up to him on the sideline banging on his head screaming "BE SMART" as mcdholes defense gave a 35 yard screen on the first play of the final drive.

12 personel is clearly the problem did you not see what this offense did once they went 5 wide no huddle? I mean are you blind?? Waiting for defense to win you games... sounds like drought years to me

There isnt anyone for McD to single out except for himself. He has forced the 12 personel changes on offense and it has been disastrous.

Why doesnt he say "I demanded a move for our offensive scheme from the spread offense which josh allen was thriving in to a 12 personell scheme which I think gives my defense a better chance to succeed. We need to run the ball. Dorsey is my yes man and he has no say in this I am forcing it on him and it hasnt worked at all for us. Its my fault. I am going to let the guys play their brand of ball moving forward and see if we can find our success again. What would be wrong with this extremely honest and refreshing answer???

I dont even like mcd at this point but its still a no from me. McD is good but he has a few mental blocks preventing him from being great. I think if we stop making playoffs or something like that then maybe i would consider.

You can't let your manager date his underlings -- that isn't normal and is not appropriate in a corporate setting. A small business setting it could be a different scenario so every situation is different but this is corporate we are talking about and there is no way in hell that is going to fly at the highest level because as someone already state it opens the organization up to liability.

I mean you usually have some blitz beaters dialed up over the middle or up the seam -- yes you can beat blitz's deep didn't Lawrence do exactly that on the 40 yard dime to ridley in single coverage against hyde? To be honest I am still mad about the intercepted ball out of diggs hands but we needed more of that and we didn't get it until late in the game.
