Coming into the year, DBs were thought to be a weakness but are the biggest strength. Leading the league in Passes Defensed, 2nd in Ints. 4th in Team passer rating against (74.5) vs last year (85.9) Smart, hustling & in position. They manage to do all of this without dumazz personal fouls and assorted tantrums/histrionics.

Last year through 7 games, we were at +10 and our record was 4-3. We went (-4) in the last 9 games and it had a lot to do with our 3-6 finishing run. The fumbles are hard to guess, but the DBs and LBs seem to be in much better position this year and I think the Ints will keep coming.

When I see people posting 'tackles schmackles' posts, I suspect their understanding of what causes an offensive play to end. I'm a bit too gentile to use the qualifier 'zero', but it's possible you may catch on. I saw the same 'argument' about Mario Williams in his last year and many other conclusive has-beens. You don't make tackles, you won't be in this league for much longer. You can get an appropriately priced sand bag at Home Depot and it doesn't even wear a Captain's hat or get suspended.
