I don't like this move at all, he would only come in on 3rd downs if at all and offers almost no reciving ability or speed just a pur blocking TE. Why not just take a flyer on a WR here? I'm not a fan of this at all.
I don't take the writeups as gospel (no pun intended) but these guys do this for a living and watch more tape then I'd ever care to see so I don't just gloss over it either. I watched a few snippets of him in coverage and so far he does have some slight issues there.
I'm not going to act like I know anything about this guy but from what I'm reading is that he'll most likely play at safety but the writeup on NFL.com isn't very inspiring. Good size and length but average coverage instincts. I always take these with a grain of salt since all these kids have some sort of warts to them and he's a 5th rounder so I get it.

I beileve a WR can come in and unseat Josh Palmer or Curtis Samuel, neither are household names. It may be unlikely but I'd definitely take a chance on one.
Jalen Royals, Tory Horton, Jaylin Lane, Dont'e Thornton or isaiah Bond all came in for a visit in some capacity (Royals.Horton, Bond came in on 30 prospect visits), I'd be ecstatic with any of them.
Well I'm guessing the rumors were true then when he was going into the interviews with gold chains and acting like Deion Sanders when he has the arm talent of Mac Jones.
