Malcolm Koonce, UB? How good is this fellow?
Paul Costa replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He’s going to look like a genius if this kid becomes a star. He will look silly if he’s on someone’s PS in September. -

I think Kiper missed on this one. No one else has him even close to a second round grade. He’s a day 3 pick. Seems as he has some upside. I’d be pretty pissed if we took this guy at 61. -
Is Maurice Hurst a candidate for a backup DT
Paul Costa replied to Paul Costa's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really like Zimmer. I’m meh 😒 on Butler. But I think the Bills view Butler as a hybrid DT. 1 tech ( Star, Harrison), 3 tech (Ed, Zimmer). Butler is 70/30 (3/1). If I was Beane I would release Butler after the draft saving X million in the cap ,because with the 93 pick I chose Player X. ( LSU, NC ST, OH ST). Harrison Phillips would be the hybrid guy. Not sure how good he’d be as a third string 3 tech. I guess that’s why it’s good I’m the the GM😀✅ -
Schein - Nine Make-or-Break players for 2021 (Ed Oliver)

⭐️ Or a high Draft pick 1 Tech ( first 3 rounds). You need your partners out there to help get the job done. How would Josh have done last year with Zay Jones and the rest of the misfits he had in his first year. Not well. Star opting out hurt Ed more than anyone by a large margin. We all love Harrison Phillips but up to now he’s not good enough. We need better at 1 tech for Ed to thrive in his role. -

That’s what I thought. Wanted confirmation. We have enough 3 techs. I’d like to draft a 1 tech in third round. Should be 3 or 4 solid possibilities at 93. -
Is Maurice Hurst a fit. He’s on a rookie contract and played pretty well. I know he plummeted in the draft do to heart concerns. Weird release.

Solid point. If we continue to dominate on offense. -
Warren Sharp analysis on Bills draft needs

Agree 💯. Didn’t know that nickel stat interesting and explains a little bit of why our run D was very pedestrian. -
Josh has been injured twice. Once in the pocket ( elbow)against the Texans and a concussion from scrambling out of the pocket against the Patriots . To my knowledge he has never been injured on designed runs. And most of his fumbles have been in the pocket sacks or when he’s trying to improvise. I feel like he’s fumbled a designed run or two but I can’t remember a specific play.

The Warlock 🧙♂️ they refer to as Brandon Beene is letting no intel out of One Bills Drive. You can look at all of the College players they interview. You can see where the scouts are going. But Matt Miller or no one else outside of One Bills Drive has any idea who we are drafting. Matt Miller’s speculations are 100% educated guesses. They make a lot of sense but totally just a educated guess. Some great dialogue on this thread. Good stuff ✅

Zach Ertz about to be traded? [Edit: or Not]
Paul Costa replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A third for Ertz? Terrible trade for the Bills 😤isn’t that what Philly wanted a month ago for him? A sixth at best right now. -
Taron might have made the biggest play in franchise history 😲what play was bigger? Mike Stranton’s hit? I was too young for that. Can you say one play in “the comeback “. Taron played well in the second half of the season. He’s going to be a big part of our success this year.

Josh Allen on 10 Questions with Kyle Brandt TOMORROW
Paul Costa replied to Seasons1992's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Really good podcast. Forget Josh is only 24. He was confused about subjective and objective. I would have been too. Handled himself great. I have a opinion on vaccines 💉. As my grandmother used to say opinions are like ass holes everybody’s got one. 😃Glad this young man is our QB 💪 -
Bills have visited with a few safeties this Spring. HVe to believe a safety would be a third day pick unless someone fell or a Buffalo nickel type is taken in round 3
-
Dylan Moses stock has dropped a little but he’s a day two pick still.
-
So many WR available in the 5-7 rounds. Smith Marsette is on top of my list too. Love his skill set. Wouldn’t be opposed in taking one earlier.
-
There are so many solid receivers on day 3 it’s just your preference in style really. I’ve been taking Smith Marsettle with our second pick in the 5 (174) because he can play all the WR positions , do the jet sweep stuff and is a dynamic return guy. Definitely see us drafting a receiver on day 3. Will we also draft one with our first three picks?

Nothing earth shattering. Talked about his bout with alcoholism. But overall spoke about the state of the Buffalo Bills. He talked in detail about the closeness of the organization as a whole. It seems surreal in which the Buffalo Bills are viewed currently. We have been dumped on for so long. Even going to 4 strait Super Bowls has been looked down upon because we didn’t win any of them. It would be great to win a Super Bowl this year and make everything right in the world finally 😀
