  1. im not trying to pick on you. i erased my other book of a reply, if you read it fine. but you are so misinformed my man. perspective. rogan gets 11 million listeners per episode. every major tv show is payed more for production, advertising, and are on major networks. he smashing their ratings. hes been doing his show for 20 years. 2 to 3 hours episodes. how many hours of entertainment compared to a 5 min song? his deal is for exclusivity. musicians can be on multiple platforms getting multiple checks from various means including selling a song for $1 dollar. which is why 1 hit wonders get millions of dollars and can retire into a comfortable life. 1 song. 5 minutes. its $20 for a album. get a fraction of rogans audience to buy just one and your set for life. touring? more $$$! musicians have huge amounts of people to divide money up with though. they sign the deal with the record label, not spotify. joe is literally a two man production who was building a audience from scratch for 2 decades before he got that deal. these things aren't close to each other in pay structure to begin with. to think after a sustained campaign by the media, then gov, and all of a sudden artists. that is just a believable coincedence? suddenly its about how "spotify" pays? somthing joe has nothing to do with? seriously? any word on xm and howard stern or the multitude of other outlets broadcasting music streams with shows that get millions of listeners or is it j conviently just this specific one? yeah he's getting "cancelled".
  2. if the cake ordered was asked to be in the shape of a swaztica and the owners were jewish. should they have to bake it? honest answer? if joe rogans service is talking about subjects you disagree with do you have to listen to it? there is a difference between forcing someone to PROVIDE a service and someone being forced to USE it...or in this case, not use it even if they want to. i don't think spotify wants to remove anything. they are in self preservation mode trying to not give the paranhas anything to latch on to. i wish we weren't in a world view where simple conversation was deemed dangerous. the fact people have a issue he is talking to EXPERTS is pretty scary. after being wrong about so much for so long they still stand on a soapbox as the arbitrator of truth all with state backing. the fact the organizations he is directly competing with are at the for front of the attack. that should be a big red flag of which side they are on and their true intentions. but these are two different issues. you cant create a slope with a example, just when you disagree with it and then talk about how slippery its gotten later on. refusal of service happens all the time for various reasons. you just don't mantle it because it was not shouted through a megaphone for a few months. i can name 100s you would agree with as its been happening long before a baker refused a cake. if you want a acctual example lets talk about refusal of service based on medical history that goes directly against actual LAW, not personal belief. HIPPA is a thing of the past and many love it and advocate it daily..even against children.
  3. i gave a straight answer that had no particular viewpoints besides 1) a parent should have say in what their students should be taught. period. nobody should care whether that is the right or wrong way to look at it because...YOUR NOT THE PARENT. you adding in examples of certain people or viewpoints or wants means nothing. 2) teachers should have a good enough grasp over their curriculum that they can create a standard syllabus. i got one at the start of most my semesters. new teachers it may be difficult for but not where subjects get integrated out of nowhere. for the most part nothing was a surprise to me. what does that have to do with teacher shortages or "karens" calling for firings for not abiding by them in a malicious way? if you cant help yourself but to introduce controversial subject and won't allow parents a opt out option. that's a hard stance for no reason then we are the ones in charge not you, the people who pay our salaries and raise the children in our classes?? what!? what exactly is the school board in charge of? are they there to be just a barrier to protect teachers so they can do as they please or are they there to listen to concerns and oversee it serves the public? watching these meetings it seems like the former. so i dont care how shorthanded teachers are, you obviously can't be trusted with children or act like a professional where you don't have the self control to just teach standard subjects you can openly put on a syllabus. teachers are human and can talk freely but forcing things into curriculums with grading incentives is different, especially if they are not exposing students to a equal counter argument regardless if they personally agree with them. if they cant do this they are BAD TEACHERS creating the echo chamber that your talking about. wanna teach CRT put it in syllabus including the topics that oppose its viewpoints. finally if you want to take your kid out of a class that teaches abstinence. go ahead! right or left view if you'd rather teach YOUR CHILD about a subject in your own way then good on you for being involved parent and crazy on those who want to assert control on children against the parents wishes.
  4. a crazy idea. hear me out. the class is given a syllabus at the beginning of the semester. it has a sign off sheet for the parents. if parents wish there children to learn something else then whats on there. the school offers options. if the teacher is caught giving assignments or forcing participation on subjects parents find controversial, for any reason.. then the teacher is fired. if they are lying about the syllabus..the teacher is fired, and we agree on this. no exceptions. we had to do it with sex ed in my school. why is this a hill so many must die on. the arrogance of we know better then you as a stranger or i only found out this was being taught when...blah blah blah secretive stuff. the fact such young children are being involved makes it all the more creepy. that goes for religious subjects as well....or any subject. the parents have the final say PERIOD. we can all stop arguing what we think other parents kids are exposed to and it will be a better world.
  5. watching the bengals not only stop them for a half but in ot hurts a bit knowing we couldnt do it for 13 seconds. hopefully bengals fans pick a charity on whatever they choose and keep the good deeds forwarding in the AFC.
  6. joe burrow: hey pat can i hold that sickle? things are looking grim 😆 congrats to the bengals. they closed em out. nice to see some fresh blood in the sb. happy for the fans who been droughted so long.
  7. if he wanted a particular person then just pick. nobody would know or care. the fact he makes the anouncment it will be soley on race and gender is a great way to get the go to democratic narrative going to divide people. lets make anyone who thinks picking people on their qualifications, which is the most reasonable thing imaginable into monsters. the great uniter
  8. ticky tack. you do some flat out illegal crap right in front of a ref. thats different.
  9. illegal block in the back twice! clear as day. no wonder mohomes can dance for hours back there.
  10. im not sure why justices cant be a elected position that has a equally diverse representation structure. no, not that diversity. in a perfect world justices would be impartial actors that go strictly by the law. in that case "packing" the court would make no difference. that is obviously not true and should be the main issue the public should be concerned with, not how do i get more of my ideology in there to "win" more. the fact the legislative constantly kicks issues over to courts instead of LEGISLATING is a trend people need to recognize as well. stop getting upset with rulings that have more to do with (this person does not have the POWER to do this). start getting upset the person who thought they did or worse, did not care. a term limit? i dont think that would change much. the party in power will probably throw a nice retirement party and push the judge out the door if a term was anywhere close to ending so they can freshen up "their" judge for another full term. pretty much what's happening. i think this will be the new trend from here on out either way so expect the "teams" to stay the same for a very long time unless something unseen happens to a judge. i do agree having a life long term, people ruling on important issues that have long past anything from their life experience has always been a horrable concept but people love it when looking at our past and current presidents. why do people keep advocating their party subvert the system to gain more power? ending fillabusters, packing courts, ect ect ect. the approval rating for this administration is in the 30%. most people don't want these changes but dems keep pushing on ahead regardless. its pretty troubling how close we are getting to a political party enacting changes that will lead to a 1 party rule. this uncompromising trust that their gov cares about them and will continue to even when they don't need them anymore or have to work with anyone with different viewpoints has made history books pretty thick with the most horrific things humans have done to each other. every one starts with the gov ensuring it is for the best. i certainly hope if the R's get power they dont try a tit for tat strategy and instead enact laws that stop this nonsense from ever taking place again. changes need to happen that stops parties from simply blocking the other side and using suffering as a political tool but those changes should require them to be FORCED to compromise, not ignored. i guess the answer on the court would be find representatives from the major parties and have them select judges they can primary. say 5 repub 5 dems and there can be no hung juries in the judgments they make. so there has to be compromises or at least 1 judge who looks at the case differently. it would be really nice if more parties would finally get some power to add to this concept, libertarians, green party..whoever so the tie breakers would already be ingrained in a less polar structure and clear up all these 1 party power plays on their own.
  11. are you sure about that? it seemed to me most run plays we run are RPOs out of shotgun. if motor got the ball then it was josh making that option alot of the time but im not sure if the specific plays were im really shocked by the amount of people downvoting balance/running. huh? when is having a good rush attack scheme that is more dependable a bad thing? i understand josh is great but the offense is ALWAYS square on his shoulders. giving the guy a break. opening up routes because they have to load the box. less wear and tear/ injury prevention and play action the D have to respect. keep opposition on the bench/end games...all make josh and every other qb in the league better. a improved effective rushing scheme is my answer all day long.
  12. not sure how the nfl can. stop the billionaire owners from simply saying hey sign for less and heres a few checks for the rest from some of my "friends". alot of players want big city teams for the endorsement possibilities. whats the difference really and whos watching the books that close cause thats what i think kraft was doing with brady "taking less".
  13. guess its time to get a spotify sub. this has been a sustained attack for a very long time. pretty obvious the powers that be are getting really desperate to get back control of the narrative when 1 on 1 conversations with a pothead comedian are THIS threatening. he better realize how serious this is because the next move is "accusations". he's decimating corporate medias ratings and its obvious the public is very aware of what's happening. but im sure the heads at spotify are taking calls from very important people perfectly fine to buy out that contract, to keep us all safe. next up bill mahr. who i showed earlier in the thread. uh oh. is the damn starting to crack so fast they cant shove their fingers in? bill, unfortunately you been showing signs of having principals last 2 shows. a conversation about how dangerous a biased ACLU is? ANOTHER talk about how the covid restrictions are ridiculous? yikes! sorry but you are now right wing nut and dangerous. get ready for the full smear campaign cause this kind of misinformation causes trauma. but listen to that liberal california crowd cheer..hmm. hopefully the dominoes will keep falling. the voice is getting louder and the sheep will silently pretend they were on this side all along. i can almost hear the sound of usernames being changed lol. here's to hoping anyways.
  14. the amish rifle doesn't care about your hypothermia and meteorologists!! maybe the fed gov should get involved 🙄
  15. this should have been the response when "anti vax" states showed no measurable negative differences from mandate states. it had graphs and everything! id get them but we need to keep this thread on the rails. 🤣
  16. did you know that not smoking causes less lung cancer. if you see a smoker lets take his job and lock them in the house cause you care about his safety. even better lets go to mcdonalds and just beat the crap out of everyone who doesn't have a salad in front of them, for their well being. its time these personal decisions that may lead to increased death end! we got alot of work to do. if you need graphs let me know.
  17. yeah but the "Twitter loving offended by everything tool bags." segment is the loudest and thus getting alot of attention and actually changing society for the worst. why? because they are being given the approval of morality by the media. "MOST" if thats true leftists then seem content to be silent about it all. hey if women are pushed aside its "inclusive". ids arent racist but hell ill go along with it because saying that means im a trumper. antivaxer. misinformation, cancellation..ect ect so ill stay nice and quiet and let the "tool bags" run the joint until im dodging homeless encampments with no idea how to ever address it. allowing widespread looting to flood my city. listening to giant pharma corporations and getting people fired AGAINST federal laws. wouldn't want to come off as not tolerant. ANYTHING just so not to be associated with "them". bill mahr, what i would consider a traditional leftist with a unshakable bias and Weis a left journalist who left the NY times based on activist TAKEOVER of journalism. they are way late to the party, saying things that should be common sense by now. two years of evidence later. you think this view isnt getting blasted for...misinformation with ongoing baseless emotionally driven parroting? i guess you can say the right equivalent is Qanon? any mainstream shows talking about eating babies? the right crazies are acknowledged by the right as crazy. they are laughed at and given 0 cultural power. i see a ton of people on here acknowledging they never liked trump! not so much biden..hes doin great. fox the singular main network that gives opposition. thats it. so what exactly is unique about red states that isnt against mandate even come close to the left states? seem mostly the same. they have no sig difference in covid so thats all gaslighting. other then that the only insane thing may be the abortion laws presented. these things are not close to equal friend. i think the lefts side is much larger then you'd like to acknowledge in that regard.
  18. as someone who grew up democrat, in a solid blue city id offer my services as a devils advocate to directly debate topics without steering directly to trump whatabouts but this s#it has gone off the rails to even try. and i do. i try to look at things from both sides its just impossable at this point. anyone arguing from a place of segregation good. authoritarianism. more please. identity politics. great! killing others speach. terrific! government working in tadem with huge global monopolies. awesome! they never held liberal beliefs to begin with. you don't switch 180 degrees on this many topics this quickly. ethics just sway in the breeze. they are told what to stand for and never question it. pretty hard to have a honest debate about something that you don't truley believe in. the overwhelming amount of media that tells them they are virtuous if they take a particular stance and evil if they don't will always just flow with precieved consensus and not anything they value enough to defend on its own merits. if your interested i can argue some old stances. occupy wall street for example. i see alot of similarities between where that was coming from and never understood the republican stance against it. i see alot of similarities where now the right is fighting that fight today and now the left opposes it.
  19. uhhhh god. no man. not yet. please tell me im not looking at a draft thread. no. i feel sick. no way in hell im hearing about a draft until my guts re enter my body. this is just to soon. 😅😂🤣
  20. this one is raw..because we lost with ineptitude. not players. not specifically game plan. strictly because of horrendous decisions in understanding the teams position in the game and i dont think its the first time. losing because of a coaching decision is the worst feeling. everyone wants to find who to blame and take it out on and I'm not really sure any of them are right or wrong. one thing i know is the team from every interview they make love the culture our coaches have built. players WANT to play here and for each other..changing that will destroy this franchise. McDermott built that so i will not advocate his firing flaws and all until the team quits on the field. frazier? yes seems most likely the guy that doesn't understand the situation is to not play a ridiculously soft D as if the chiefs had no TO and needed a TD. but how many times this season has the O hit absolute slumps somtimes entire halves or games and the D was the only thing holding it together? did our D lose the steelers game? the jaguars game? the patriots game? im just not seeing any solutions. the coaches have to be better. its hard enough to win and fighting against horrable coaching decisions is somthing championship teams rarely have to worry about. some calls such as the kick type can be hindsight. that prevent called was not even debatable. the coaches are the ones who lost us that game.
  21. i agree! just messing with the guy who always trolls every thread into trump..and then claim how OTHERS are obsessed with him. on topic, at least there seems a real effort with some or should say, ONE of the blatant corruptions. seems there is a real chance that something gets passed to stop politicians from trading on the stock market!!? obvious sh/÷ like this needs to be hit hard and fast as our country is disintegrating and anger and attention is at all time high yet....judgments have been passed to allow foriegn money in campaigns. simple resignations are the only response to deep rooted criminal activity and people accept it as a win. same way companies get "fined" for breaking the law. no indictments. no names of those responsible. if you look into it the "fine" it is a drop in the bucket from what they profited from doing it. it isnt even clear alot of the time on who or what gets the money from the fine?! any of these peoples families see this so why would they even consider that their are reprocussions? their entire life has shown there are no rules for their families so where would they even learn it? nepotism, corruption and a different set of laws for the powerful, selling off our future to the highest bidder. it goes on and on. if there is some great reset taking place and we want to (build back better) people need to demand that the way the elites spit in our faces and walk away without reprocussions stops. like you said we are tribal species so getting a unified front seems to never be possible around anything! even when its blatant it boils down to comparing corruption with whatabouts to see who side is the MOST corrupt.
  22. holy crap thats messed up! i cant believe it. why is this being covered up? rawstory.com is well known for their hard hitting journalism. if they say a columnist thinks this may happen! then a guy who lives in another country tweets it. its as good as over for them.
  23. they got real spotty freedom of speach going on up there. the guy just wants to talk without a slip up resulting in a fine or imprisonment. forget 6ft for covid their scared of getting within earshot of each other 😅.
  24. i doubt this will get a response but ill try anyways what determinations specifically are you speaking of? i gave several examples in the first paragraph of things that are happening in this country that would make anyone who look into them objectively, not only question but unify in demanding answers to. im not sure where i advocated that distancing or wearing a mask is the wrong thing for someone to do? im vaxed and wear a mask best i can. I'm talking about the villianizing. for someone talking about not using determinations superficially you sure were quick with this. i think the main point of my statement is the contradicting narrative that state vaccines are (safe and effective)! preached repeatedly. but i have so little faith in them that i am terrified of people constantly risking "my safety". so confident that i must force others to take it applauding the constant and increasing threats by the gov! REGARDLESS of religious or medical exemption, i dont care! i demand no large scale studies of natural immunity. if you caught it and survived your STILL considered a threat to me. if you safely worked without it as a "hero" your still a threat to me. child..threat! i dont even require those words to be backed up by demanding people should have the right to sue the big pharma if adverse affects happen. the age of cowards. talk about disliking fellow citizens!? if somone is not distancing or masking you can avoid the situation and leave if uncomfortable. no one is threatening to take your job away. there is a comparison here!???????? the idiot comment was based on the article showing that people are sliding more into some self righteous authoritarianism wishing to ramp up threats and acting self righteous in doing so. you don't have to mention the death count as if it somehow solidifies a argument you never really made. if you are at all suggesting non mask vaxers i can again point to the numbers in two distinctly different states. florida and new york. one gave their citizens the means to protect themselves and make their own choice. the other forced it. WHILE ALSO crushing many of its small buisnesses in lockdown, seeing mass exodus out of and again key word thats been repeated again and again [FORCED] covid + patients into elderly homes for no logical reason killing thousands. numbers are still similar despite the desperate narratives. you would think that would be celebrated for perserving peoples rights. guess which one is being villafied daily in the media. which one recieved praise, awards, and book deals and is continuing with the mandates regardless of all this data regardless. this is IGNORED. finally, lab leak..conspiracy!? 2 years and the world of knowledge at your fingertips. this was exactly what i was talking about. still waiting on the animal this came from. 🙄
  25. people will look back at this and define it the age of cowards. you have places with high vaccination rates still exploding with omicron and they cant put 2 and 2 together. states with and without authoritarian mandates with negligable differences long after being repeatedly told they were dooming their population...not even a bit curiosity on why they are still being demonized. polls that show minorities are some of the people that are at a high percentage of being unvaxed, still compared all to evil trumpers. glossed over to not damage that bright virtue signal they bask in. publicly flip flopping directions and "facts" announced by people who are just coincidentally involved with the lab, gaining political power, and constantly caught defying the very rules they mandate. anyone who is not in these positions are giving "misinformation" and must be stopped immediately...even as a bit of time shows they were right. all this with 2 full years to do basic research with a world of information at their fingertips and they come to the conclusion that we should really escalate more. the future will have great stories for these idiots to tell their grandchildren. bravely yelling at the enemies walking in the park who was not abiding by the mask laws. applauding the removal of children so they can be held down and injected against their will from a virus that was no danger to them. protecting society by calling the police on their neighbors for suspicion of being a spreader. grandpa saved the world. at least it will be a good way to kill time with the family while waiting in the breadlines.
