  1. Paddock, Loughner and Fields would be aligned with the right, not the left. Where? In that post? Don't see it.
  2. Ummmm... what????? I guess there's a reason I come to message boards to talk sports and not politics. Are you saying in your last 3 sentences there that Democrats are the ones who have been calling for violence? Are you an avid Infowars fan? Not a nut. A terrorist. I wish our country would stop calling acts like this that of terrorists when it's someone of brown skin, but someone with "mental problems" when they have white skin.
  3. I hope they keep up with the Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Defenders, Punisher stuff on Netflix. I think those are the shows I've enjoyed watching most on there. I heard Iron Fist is done in terms of its own individual series, but the character can be back in other series. I don't get the hatred for Iron Fist. I think it was tied for my 3rd favorite show among the 5 other individual storylines of (in order of my favorites) Daredevil, Punisher (I just really like the actor from when he was Shane in The Walking Dead), Luke Cage/Iron Fist, Jessica Jones. I'm gonne be curious to see what happens with these Netflix Marvel shows once Disney gets their own streaming service up. They cancelled Luke Cage? Really? That was a helluva cliffhanger season 2 ended on. This is what I thought, too. I thought Netflix retained rights to all the shows it already has, including the Marvel ones. Is it the weirdly twisted tone of American Horror Story? I didn't like that show at all after giving it a brief shot.
  4. Anything can happen on any given Sunday. Unfortunately, this game is being played on a Monday.
  5. So kill it. And accept PMs so that when I want to say something to you, I don't have to bump a stupid thread like this. The thread was dumb from the beginning. It's not like bumping it at this point is any more dumb than it was the 7 pages before I bothered. Close it. Lock it. Take a breath. Internet attention is not real love.
  6. #1: Please stop harassing me. #2: Stop spreading your alternative facts. I deleted that Taylor thread very quickly after he was released, specifically to allow people to crow about being right. Me keeping that thread open for months literally never happened and it's pretty sad you'd put something like that out publicly. I deleted that thread within days after he was traded. Saying it was months is ridiculous. And deleting is something you should do yourself with this one right now. You have the power. I actually tried sending this to you as a PM so as not to embarrass you, but your reputation is clearly suffering from your posting style--like your incessant nagging of 26CB. Hell, I have a better rep than you... I mean, that's just sad, Shady
  7. I guess you're a real do as I say, not as I do kinda guy, huh? It was never a case in the 1st place. If McDermott starts Peterman over any other healthy QB we have on the roster this year, he's going to be prematurely fired. And I actually like McDermott.
  8. Anderson has been named the starter. Time for the OP to delete/lock the thread since it's irrelevant. Thanks, OP
  9. Do you really have that short a memory? Is Peterman your son? Is that why you're calling him "my boy"? At this point, that seems to be the only reason anyone could ever use those 2 words in reference to Nate Peterman the NFL QB.
  10. Made it worse? Anderson, despite his stats, actually looked relatively capable out there, especially considering less than 2 weeks before he took a 2018 NFL regular season snap, he was on a beach with his family somewhere. Peterman should never see an NFL field again, unless he's a covert operative for the Buffalo Bills and McDermott who come to some kind of under-the-table agreement for Nate to go play for another AFC East team and win them over the way he somehow won our dummy (at least when it comes to QBs) Head Coach over. Anderson was something that almost started to resemble an NFL offense on Sunday until Clay fumbled and the wheels came off. Anderson should absolutely start. There is nothing good that can ever come from seeing Peterman in a meaningful NFL game for the Bills ever again.
  11. Because his injury is worse than they thought or to protect him in a lost season?
  12. Wow. 31.28% of this board is legitimately stupid if they want Peterman to start in a Bills uniform again EVER!!!
  13. You could just have easily not started that thread and a pathetic cry for attention. It wasn't funny and there was nothing about the way that you presented it that indicated you were joking, especially based on your man-love of Nate over the last year and your naive belief he should be our starting QB in Baltimore this year to start the season. A poll asking "who should be cut before NE" would have been better.
  14. We did bring in a FA. His name was AJ McCarron. Many here believed he would be a massive upgrade on Taylor and our passing game would finally get the shot in the arm they felt we needed. They were wrong. Plus, how's Bradford doing in Minnesota? Or Keenum in Denver? Were those guys really the answer? We should have kept McCarron and sucked it up. Starting Peterman is the worst mistake this regime has ever made, last year or this year. Now. We deal.
  15. Look, I'm not going to rub this in for one simple reason I'm finally and truly accepting... despite my belief before this season we could make another playoff run: It's not about this season. Yes, Tyrod Taylor was very underrated by a lot of hyperbolic Bills fans like yourself. Yes, Tyrod Taylor would have been massively better to have on our roster than AJ McCarron during the Summer if we're talking about 2018. Yes, he was still under contract, anyway, so keeping him much to the chagrin of fans like yourself was absolutely an option. But honestly, it's not about this season. I don't remember where I saw it, but I think we have the most 1st or 2nd year players starting or seeing significant time on the field in the NFL. And guys like Edmunds, Phillips, Taron Johnson, Dawkins, Milano, Zay (lately) and White all look good to spectacular. Allen is obviously still a question mark. The biggest and most important one. But if Allen improves and becomes a Franchise QB, our future looks incredibly bright... maybe as soon as next year. If he doesn't, well that sucks, because it all hinges on him. But keeping Taylor might have helped us this year, but I actually personally think Allen--when healthy--just needs to be on the field playing. Trial by fire. Let him learn on the field. Keeping Taylor would have hindered that.
  16. As long as Allen is healthy and doesn't risk making his injury worse, I just want him to play now and I want Daboll to just let him throw it as much as possible. It's already going to be an embarrassment on MNF at home, but at least if Allen is in there can be some positives to take away if he develops and improves a little. Geez the boo birds are going to be out in full force and early in that nationally televised primetime game... it'll be that much more of a travesty if it's not our future Franchise QB (we hope!!!) under center for our first home MNF game in the last decade and is, instead, Derek Anderson
  17. I've said a number of things about Allen, actually... including in this thread.
  18. Do us all a favor and start ignoring 26CB. This massive crusade you have against him is so annoying.
  19. 225 yards. 2 TDs. 1 INT. Shady rushes for most yards this season. Most importantly... W
  20. The thing that didn't make sense was trading McCarron and starting Peterman. Actually, just going into the Summer with a talented but raw rookie, a 2nd year 5th round QB who had thrown 1 pick in nearly every 9 attempts in his 1st year, and a 5th year QB who had 5 career NFL starts and couldn't beat out Andy Dalton didn't make sense. There was a reason I said Allen was the most likely starting QB to start week 1... I gave McDermott too much credit on QB evaluation... didn't realize a preseason mirage like Peterman could so stupefy him... so much so that he'd think Peterman was so good that a vet QB--even one with a mere 5 games experience--was expendable. Sheesh, even Rex in 2015 at least had a better QB room from the start. At this point, McDermott has dug a pretty serious grave this year... some knee jerk reactions are necessary... in addition to the ones he's already succumbed to.
  21. What absolutely everyone should know by now as Bills fans from the 2015, 2017 and 2018 preseason is that fans and, unfortunately, coaches (at least McDermott in 2018) do a piss poor job assessing the QB position in those games. Peterman threw more than an almost-pick-6 per game in every single game in the preseason... it's the same basic NFL throw that he can't make. If our coaches were smart in assessing QBs, they wouldn't have been fooled by the preseason Peterman mirage. When I said all offseason Allen was most likely to be the starter, it was because Allen was simply more talented than McCarron and we invested so much in him and McCarron simply wasn't all that experienced to give him some kind of massive advantage. I didn't give Peterman a shot because I didn't think McDermott would be so foolish. I was wrong.
  22. Watched his PC and really liked the guy. Here's hoping the player on the field is half as likable
