WWF vs WCW and the beginning of the WWF Attitude Era. Achy Breaky Heart. The Macarena. MTV stopped showing music videos 24/7. Michael Jordan. Michael Jackson. Princess Diana's death and the 24/7 news coverage of it. AOL dial up service and "You've Got Mail." The Bills 4 Super Bowls.

Levi's button down shirts. White carpenter pants. Freaks were into hard drugs. Burnouts wished they could be freaks but all they could afford was cigarettes. Army jackets were very popular among burnouts. In high school, most guys were called by their last name. The anti-drug slogan: "Drugs are for those can't handle reality" was change to: "Reality is for those who can't handle drugs."
