I wouldn't consider the dropped passes a "fun fact" but I see what you mean. I am very high on Josh. I just get frustrated because it seems like when he starts a game off bad, he keeps it going until the 4th quarter, when, against good teams it's already too late. I'm excited to see how he finishes out this season and leaps into next year.

Just treat it like the 2nd preseason game....well, the old way you'd treat a 2nd preseason game. -

Jordan Phillips asks you: where's the Offside?
StHustle replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes he started moving before the ball was snapped WHICH IS NOT Offside. The ball was snapped immediately after and he was NOT on the wrong side of the line at that time. At worst, you could argue It was a neutral zone infraction but to me it was just a perfectly timed play. -
I actually paid for a month of ESPN+ last week for the first time in life for the insider Fantasy tips. Cost me $5. Im in my fantasy playoffs with $500 on the line and wanted every bit of help I could get. They break down injury impact and analyze direct match ups more than most sites do. Proud to report Im in the Championship game now. Definitely one and done on my ESPN+ subscription.

23. Buffalo Bills Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State Yes, John Brown and Cole Beasley have been a big part of the Bills' offense in quarterback Josh Allen's second season, but that doesn't mean the team doesn't need more help on that side of the ball. Aiyuk improves Buffalo's receiving corps with his versatility and speed. But don't be surprised if the Bills consider an edge rusher or cornerback here.

https://triblive.com/sports/tim-benz-what-duck-hodges-actually-said-that-motivated-the-bills/ Yeah this was discussed in another thread but here is the exact quote from Duck: “They are just a solid group. They’ve got really good players all around. I don’t know if there is anything they do just special. But they just are a solid, solid defense that comes each and every week. Ready to play.” Key sentence was "I don’t know if there is anything they do just special." If you aren't special than you are normal. That coupled with calling a top 3 defense "solid" should have been taken as disrespect from a 3 game starting undrafted rookie QB. Glad they handled him accordingly, and on a national stage at that.

Dear Devin Singletary: PLEASE don't become fumble prone!
StHustle replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I havent went over the guy's post history but what he said in the post you quoted is 10000% correct. And YOU saying "isn't that enough?" shows what level you are on. The drought is over. NO! Making the playoffs isnt enough. I want us to be playing our best football heading into the postseason. One and done isnt going to cut it. In the playoffs ONE fumble could be the difference between going home and moving on. -
Ryan Fitzpatrick = '19 version of Andy Dalton (win div.)

Man if Fitz beats the Pats to win us the division, we need to do something for that man. I dunno...emotions say PUT EM ON THE WALL!!!!! Ok...maybe not go that far.... -
Dear Devin Singletary: PLEASE don't become fumble prone!
StHustle replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah I thought about the same thing. You are free to throw punches at an opposing player and as long as its in the area of the ball its legal. Sooo....even if you miss and punch a guy in the gut? -
Now that first fumble forced by Watt, I can't even blame the guy. Watt punched that ball so hard with such pin point accuracy, I'm not sure how many players in the league dont fumble it. But overall the numbers arent good. In college there were no red flags. He had 5 fumbles over his 3 year career which included 778 touches (1 fumble per about 156 touches). THIS YEAR? 4 fumbles with just 164 touches for an alarming rate of 1 fumble per 41 touches. This guy has AMAZING potential to be a top 5 back in this league for years to come but MUST get that together and quickly. I'm sure the coaches are on top of this. Just something to keep an eye on moving forward. I want the guy to get 25-30 touches per game but at this rate he would fumble 2 times every 3 games.
-
I agree but same time I dont want us to over use Singletary at this point. We need him 100% for the playoffs in which Id like to see him UNLEASHED and get 25-30 touches per.
-
Wow, ok. I guess I shouldnt have spoken without seeing the actual quote. I didnt think a 3 game starting 3rd stringer would actually come out his mouth with that. Hope he learned a lesson. I mean, Brady never even says stuff like that....wow.

How scared is the offense playing?
StHustle replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My honest thoughts when the Steelers got the ball back "Cool our D gets to add another pick to the stat sheet" but I do understand what you are saying. This stuff isnt gonna get us far, IF ANYWHERE in the playoffs. -
Funny thing is Im sure Duck didnt intend it as trash talk and was attempting to engage in QB speak, basically saying the approach would be no different BUT its our guys job to find that extra motivation every chance you get, even if it calls for taking something out of context.
-
Makes no sense. Beasley has a higher drop rate.
-
Suggs is like 6-7 years older than all those guys. So ok not quite young but guys who actually can contribute years later. If we IR Ty then Im all for it.
-
The question is: Does McBeane think Suggs would provide a justifiable boost in production for it to make sense to take time away from the young guys?

McDermott & Tomlin: Teammates at William & Mary
StHustle replied to Stanley Lombardi's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love it! Im happy for Tomlin, who has never coached a losing season, for what he's been able to do after being put in a situation where he had every excuse for this to be his first. However not Sunday Night buddy. Im not rooting for a blowout but a convincing win in which Steelers have no real chance in the 4th quarter. -

Can we win the AFC East at least once more before they do away with divisions?? I hate this AFC East champ drought we have been on for 2 decades now. I'd like to get that off our backs before we no longer have the chance to...
