  1. My man ... if you're complaining on a message board that someone wrote "step up" ... I think it's time to go outside.
  2. https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/ny-defense-dominates-jets-camp-20200820-2mg5wba7nnhfpbvmdprnuturhy-story.html 3 weeks until we play them week 1. Should be a fun game for our defense. Josh and the Offense will need to step up to beat a tough Jets Defense. If they can do that, we will likely start off 1-0.
  3. Shocked that nobody is mentioning this: https://www.tmz.com/2020/05/06/earl-thomas-wife-arrested-gun-baltimore-ravens-star-cheating-allegations/ The guy is getting himself into trouble on the field and off the field. We should want nothing to do with him and I don't blame Baltimore if they ultimately feel the same.
  4. I don't know much about punters, but Matt Bosher was ranked 3rd best IN THE LEAGUE by this website in 2019: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2512605-br-nfl-1000-top-32-punters And it looks like Lachlan Edwards had significantly better stats than Bojo last year: https://www.footballdb.com/statistics/nfl/player-stats/punting I'm all for replacing Bojo. He was extremely inconsistent and killed us sometimes. Punting is one of those things that you just expect to be good and is an easy fix. Bosher FTW?
  5. Found a great article if you want to see just how dysfunctional the Jets organization has become: https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/ny-jamal-adams-trade-joe-douglas-contract-extension-20200724-vc6zwwpmjrepjii67hojt2t5ri-story.html Honestly, it reminds me of the past 20 years as a Bills fan before McDermott and Beane got here. If you're ever feeling like you "want a change" and don't like our front office, try to remember how different it was before they got here.
  6. For those saying that this is a stupid trade for the Seahawks... I'm shocked. Jamal Adams was drafted 6th overall and actually lived up to the hype. You're shocked that the 6th overall pick is worth two late first round picks and a third? It's a fair trade for both sides and I'm happy to see Adams gone from the division.
  7. Multiple first round picks. At minimum, he's an average QB with big upside. That's extremely valuable in the NFL. Jay Cutler was traded for Kyle Orton, two firsts, and a third.
  8. I almost created a new topic for this, but here's a similar article that recently came out on the same topic: https://www.rotoworld.com/article/nfl-player-profile/can-stefon-diggs-produce-wr1-value-buffalo Really awesome stuff in this one as well.
  9. Interesting article on Trey Adams: https://www.si.com/college/washington/football/combine-was-disaster-for-washingtons-once-coveted-offensive-tackle I remember him being highly ranked pre-combine.
  10. I'm deleting this thread. Very surprised that folks don't see the inherent nepotism here, but oh well.
  11. It's interesting how much information you're leaving out. Ask yourself this question. If you were objectively hiring one of the most coveted positions in a front office would you pick this guy? 1995-1998: A couple of intern positions with the NFL 1998-2001: Syracuse Law 2001-2006: Intellectual Property associate at mid-sized law firm 2006--2007: Attorney at mid-sized law firm in Florida 2007-2013: General counsel for tiny firm that looks at collegiate licensing 2013: BOOM: VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL OF BUFFALO BILLS - thanks Russ! I also don't think it's "low class" to go after someone based on their credentials. That's what we do on this message board all day, every day, when it comes to the players and the owners and often the front office staff of our team.
  12. Deleting this thread. Nepotism doesn't apparently bother folks.

  16. Heard his mom is a really tough lady ... you definitely don't want to mess with Mother Flucker
  17. Haha indeed. That one backfired a bit, eh? I think the coolest part of all of these grades is usually you get at LEAST one hater with a C, C-, or even F. Even the ones who hated our draft didn't hate it that much. That might be the only indication worthwhile that we probably did a decent job.
  18. One is a single twitter post, one has actual links and analysis. I'll go with mine and you can stick to the other one. Enjoy the other thread!
  19. With all the national grades in one place? Can you send a link? I don't see it anywhere.
  20. Thought it would be worthwhile to put them all in one place. 21. He was physically capable of playing against the SEC and performing well. They said the same thing about Tom Brady and Chad Pennington. Chill out and just enjoy a solid draft.
  22. The people who are complaining are the same ones who would complain if Josh got hurt and we had no backup plan in a playoff year. Its a 5th round pick and he has lots of upside. There’s literally zero reason to dislike this pick.
  23. This could be a crazy thought, but I wouldn’t mind us going WR again in the 5th-7th. Lets stack options for Josh and hedge Davis not working out. CB/S and O-Line is fine too, but I like having options in the event of injury.
  24. 1. They don’t have the salary cap space to do this. 2. This is not how the Packers want to groom their successor. 3. It would screw over the Packers for this year. 4. The Patriots would have trade at least two first rounders to get him and I doubt the Packers would accept their 2021 and 2022 picks. That never happens.
