He's the head coach not the Defensive coordinator. (I realize he's trying to do both) He need's to focus on being the HC because he's failing at that.

You can't put in a new system. But maybe you can create a coherent game plan, and stop Josh's head from spinning, and get him back to doing the things he does well. Or not. Step 2. McD needs to step down as DC and focus on being head coach.

If he's let go here he might be a candidate for defensive coordinator. He has a real knack for shutting down an elite offense...

Knox is the only one physically capable of giving reasonable value for the contract. He hasn't. But Von and Tre are probably done at this point. We're in a world of **** with the staff, roster and cap at this point.

The one shot at saving this season IMO is to let Dorsey go right now, and give the next guy up a shot at calling plays and making the game plan. Good chance that won't work, and it could get even worse. But what we're doing right now seems to be a sure path out of the playoffs. I've lost faith in McDermott as the guy who can bring a championship. We're in big trouble next year with overpaid, older players who aren't living up to their contracts. In the meantime Allen and Diggs just keep getting older every wasted season.

Even though the Tuna gets the win in the history books, Belichick single handedly won Super Bowl 25 by coming out of nowhere with a 2-5-4 defense that stopped the K-Gun in it's tracks. The Bills didn't figure out that to beat it you had to run the ball until it was too late. In keeping with tradition, when the cards were all on the table, the Bills got out coached. Sean has done nothing to break the curse.

She's usually on with Tasker on Bills Tonight after the game on MSG. Which is why I never watch. Chris Brown was on last night. Seems logical that this is why. Gotta let things cool down. She has no business being an analyst on the game. She was brought in to help with female engagement by doing short videos on BB.com, asking players about their favorite color and crap like that. She started on TV by having a segment on One Bills Live called "The Maddy Awards". Instant channel change. Now when one of the hosts is off, she fills the chair (but not the shoes) of Chris or Steve. I have no opinion of her as a person. But if she's on my TV, I change the channel. Her voice grates on me.

The Bills have a GM and head coach who have taken a perennial loser and turned them in to a multi season division winner who consistently win 12+ games per year. And a couple of bad post season losses means they suck. I've heard Rex, Marrone and Whaley are available. lol
