  1. Forgot he was traded. They're built for a Super Bowl now and are thin at WR. I'd take the shot.
  2. Both young WR's are dealing with nagging injuries. Hurd is out for the year. Goodwin opted out. Since he's essentially a one year rental the move would make sense. I guess they just signed Sanu though to who knows.
  3. He'd essentially be a one year rental player the way is contract is structured. The 49ers would make the most sense as they're a true contender who could use WR help.
  4. Nailed it. It's the best bad option. It's sad that it's come to that.
  5. His legs are an asset and an added dimension so use them. It makes life very difficult for a defense. The Bears were dumb not to use Trubisky's rushing ability last year. Just don't do it as much as they did Sunday.
  6. Turned his head. His release and route running is impressive though.
  7. I kind of miss making fun of Tessitore and Booger.
  8. So, whoever is on our schedule that played the Ravens last year we can expect the same game plan .
  9. They haven't paid anything to the NFL since the end of 2015. The Bills received $700,000 from the DOD in the years 2012-2015 (the league received 6 million in total). The federal government still pays for SB flyovers (it costs around 80 grand - gas/maintenance).
  10. Anybody have Shanahan's record as HC without Garoppolo as his QB?
  11. His best year here came with Orton as QB. Roman's system isn't WR friendly. It's not a surprise he took off in McVay's system.
  12. Is Luke Kuechly sick of staying home with his family yet?
  13. Geez. First game with a true #1 WR and he throws for over 300 yards. Diggs's importance for this offense and Allen's development can't be overstated. If our LB's our out for a significant amount of time this offense is finally talented enough where we can be competitive in shootouts.
  14. Depends on the humidity. Seven days out they have it at 86 degrees with scattered thunderstorms.
  15. I would think they'd treat it somewhere between a neutral field and a three point home field advantage with travel/weather still being a factor. They might give the home team two points instead of three to get it closer to equal action.
  16. Can't wait for them. I'm still trying to figure out who these relative unknowns are all about.
  17. Do the odds makers still give a home team three points in the season of Covid?
  18. I was thrilled when the Jets hired him. Did the higher ups not watch the Dolphins his last two years there?
  19. You see Reid's offense use that pre snap movement all the time. It can confuse a defense if executed properly. The screen play designs were also good to see. Particularly the one to Knox was impressive. The designed QB runs were my only problem with his play calling today. You'll pry see a completely different game plan next week with Daboll.
  20. Confirmation bias. Those that picked Allen to be a bust will point to his mistakes and those who pounded the table for him will ignore the parts of the game he needs to improve.
  21. You give Darnold what we gave Allen and he might be just as good. He looked pretty bad today though. I'm starting to question the Gase is a QB whisperer narrative.
  22. For some reason they made those designed runs and read options a big part of the game plan. Maybe it was specific to this Jets team. I don't expect them to run him as much in the future. You have enough weapons where you only do those designed QB runs once or twice a day.
  23. Rookie kickers man.
  24. I think BOJO held the laces in on the 2nd miss. Still though. Not a good day and rookie kickers are a roll of the dice.
