  1. I think the Fins to cover considering they're in Miami coming off a bye and we only won there by three. I like the other three picks though. How much has the over/under changed with the Raiders and Browns once the weather forecast came out?
  2. Especially since he made it mandatory that they go.
  3. True but basic common sense should tell you how the hell can they trace all those cases to Trump rallies?
  4. England to enter second month long lockdown. Good god I hope this doesn't happen here. https://www.politico.eu/article/england-to-enter-month-long-second-coronavirus-lockdown/
  5. No. It's still rain with gusts near 40 mph. Sustained winds of about 20 mph.
  6. True. Most states were within the margin of error. The problem wasn't so much the polls but the interpretation of the polls. Again, the major difference this year is Biden getting 49% or above in the polling average because there are less undecideds. Wisconsin is pry the best example of nearly all the undecideds going to Trump. There were the most undecideds in Wisconsin as the rcp average was 46.8% for Clinton and 40.3% for Trump. Trump won 47.2% to 46.7%. Hillary was a weak candidate but people tend to underestimate how bad that Comey letter was for the large amount of undecideds. Pollsters are done if Trump wins these states down four to six points in the averages this time.
  7. Diggs. Consistently sees a lot of targets. Especially if Gilmore is out. I try to avoid starting rookie WR’s though.
  8. If they built a new state of the art dome they could easily set the ticket prices near the top of the league and not have a problem selling out as long as the team is decent. Uncertain weather is a major deterrent when trying to sell tickets in a climate like Buffalo’s. You didn’t have 60 inch led tv’s in the 90’s. “If you build it they will come.”
  9. Republican pollsters like tralafagar got lucky in 2016 because all the undecids broke for Trump at the last second mostly because of Comey opening up the Hillary investigation. Since there's less undecideds this time the polls should be more accurate. I just go with the averages like the midterms.
  10. If it tastes good with gravy.
  11. 20-17 Pats. The weather being the reason. Can't we play in the fieldhouse?
  12. We finally have the signifacant advantage on the passing game against the Pats and we have a fricken tsunami. Unbelievable.
  13. He was drafted in the NFL by Packers - flamed out, stocked shelves at minimum wage, played Arena Football, signed with Rams behind Trent Green before leading team to two SB's after Green was hurt (plus two NFL MVP's), Bulger took his job, signed with Giants - was okay, signed with Cardinals - led them to Super Bowl, retired, lowered himself to Dancing With the Stars, worked as NFL analyst (still does), and made both pro football hof and arena football hof. Typical career path.
  14. Theory? It's been this way since the two party system was created. As far as 2000, that was the last time I didn't hear "this is the most important election of our lifetime" when looking back pry the most important election of our lifetime.
  15. That’s not the exact quote but we’ll let you off the hook.
  16. Looked into it further as his wikipedia page needs edits. I guess he was suspended the last four games in 2018 for violating the league's substance abuse policy (probably weed in which he's an idiot as you have to test positive at leat three times I believe to get a four game suspension). It's unclear why he was suspended the first four weeks of this season as a free agent. https://www.profootballrumors.com/2020/09/nfl-suspends-lb-darron-lee
  17. Ryan's accuracy issues continue to be a problem leading to an interception.
  18. Not really. He was playing his best ball before the PED infraction so it makes you wonder. There was an incident at some music fesitval where he got in a verbal fight with his girlfriend and had to be physically restrained. There were also reports of a poor work ethic while with the Jets. Maybe he can turn his career around but I wouldn't hold my breath.
  19. God we're desparate. Not exactly a "process" guy.
  20. Negotiations with Brady fell apart and they didn't have a good backup plan. I think they were planning to go with Stidham but were surprised Newton was still available. I suspect they knew the ceiling of players like Dalton, Foles, and Winston who would never be good enough to get them a Superbowl. They were able to get Newton at a discount price. They figured at best we get the 2015 MVP and at worst we play Stidham while wasting a million on Netwon. Stidham getting hurt in training camp gave the upper hand to Newton. If Newton has another few bad games they'll turn to Stidham to see what he has before making a move for a quarterback next year via free agency or the draft.
  21. Until the NFL changes the same color helmet rule you'd have to have a lot of blood on the white helmets to ever see it again.
  22. I thought this was a parody article. No scan, fax, or copy of them? No security video of the mail room? If I was going to send such important documents I'd probably make a copy first. I thought Tucker was smarter than that. This is Alex Jones territory.
  23. That's grounds for divorce.
  24. Was this before or after the weather report for this Sunday? I don't bet against Josh Allen against a suspect defense in a dome. Just as long as he doesn't try some crazy lateral.
  25. I get what they’re trying to sell but if that’s the best they can do.....yikes. Good luck with that.
