The MLB FA pool this spring is terrible.

For the short term the team is stuck with Edmunds. It's doubtful Beane will find a trade partner for a reasonable draft pick. TE will likely play with us all next season. He will occasionally shine but mostly struggle as he has his entire career. I think temporarily Klein or Milano could be a mike but I think Dermott will be reluctant to move Matt. Who the long term answer is I have no idea. Maybe they look at FA or draft someone in 23? Trust me we all wanted Tremaine to be the next Keuckly but it wasn't meant to be.

This is all part of the NFL's ability to guide games any direction they want. KC was allowed to hold against us in the afccg. The shield desperately needed Mahomes in the SB. Then Lord Brady commands all the calls so the NFL shuts down KC's ability to hold. Do you see a pattern here. Brady is Jordan. And he'll be carried across the finish line just like Jordan. Belichick will have the same fate. The NFL is as fake and choreographed as the WWF.

Losing to a couple garbage teams like Pittsburgh and Jacksonville set the tone for the problems were having this season. The red flag that our offense was in trouble came early in the season. How does Beane convince Dermott that 80% of this offseason must be OL/RB?

Can we just put chips in balls so we can get fair spots. I crack up every time our offense has the ball spotted short by a yard or more.

The 2 most glaring defensive needs this April would be 1T and CB2. We all know Dermott can't help himself. If you can find viable starters at those 2 spots, then the rest of the draft should be dedicated to OL / RB. I think we keep Singletary RB2, dump everyone else and go shopping in FA for a RB1. No way I risk a 1st round WR when we need 2 Guards and C. I love Kenneth Walker III in the 2nd. Very true. Ford will be released once the season ends.

The NFL likes the Bills / Josh storyline just enough to allow us 3-1 and hopefully we get in at 10-7. The Bills in the playoffs is still somewhat a revenue generator for the shield. But you're right there's no way in hell we'll get any calls in Foxboro. I guarantee it.

Exactly. For one whole year Daryl Williams looked amazing. He got paid and fell off the map. We're forced to hide him at RG and he still sucks. Boettger just doesn't have talent and that would've been Tellers spot. Morse's days are probably numbered and Brown/ Dawkins have been inconsistent.

The NFL will determine when we're allowed to win. If Josh's playmaking adds eyeballs and advertising $ to games, we'll start getting the "Jordan rules" love that Brady has enjoyed for 20 years. Once the Brady/ Belichick narrative finally ends, the NFL will have to find new money makers.
