  1. Well if that's the case then Josh screwed up. Josh needs speed and playmaking. He desperately needs someone who can stretch the field like Olave. Coleman's skillset diminishes with each week.
  2. His personality (the good soldier) keeps him from ever complaining or playing hardball. I'm sure he's incredibly frustrated seeing Cook come off the field or wrs incapable of separation. I guarantee you it's grating on him. He's a human being, sick and tired of waiting for McB to help him either on offense or defense.
  3. There's literally only 1 organization in all of the NFL we can draw players from (Carolina). All because these guys can't evaluate talent beyond their "familiarity" boundaries. That has got to be the sorriest strategy I've ever seen.
  4. .....then why did this knucklehead hand pick Beane to be his GM? I think Andy knew a long time ago Sean's deficiencies in evaluating assistants and players. This mess is equally on both of them.
  5. He absolutely must take over. Clearly the 2nd half reflected inproved defensive play calling. I know he wants to remain in the roll of HC but he doesn't have that luxury anymore. I don’t understand why he can't just do what a litany of other HC's have done. Sean if that's your expertise than lets see it.
  6. Exactly, Brady is deluting the offensive talent by spreading out targets to 11 different players. Even though 4-5 of these guys shouldn't even be seeing the ball unless someone gets injured. Identify your top receivers and target them. Stop wasting targets on 3rd string players. Kincaid, Shakir, Palmer, Cook and Coleman (last resort) are getting all the looks. And whoever we pu at the trade deadline can take Keon's targets. This offense shouldn't be about quantity (everybody eats) but QUALITY. The same strategy should be practiced with our DL. Let Oliver and Walker play 70% snaps.
  7. Rather than turning yellow snow into Perrier, why don't we ask Ryan if he's willing to help fix our offense. No hot reads No Cook on 3rd down No WR room .....I'm sure he'd have some brilliant suggestions.
  8. Yup, if your going to bag on Tre (who wasn’t even supposed to start), you sure as hell better criticize Taron & Christian. The bigger problem is our entire secondary as a collective unit. They are a mess right now.
  9. Completely agree....Josh is an athletic freak like no other in NFL history. But you can never compare him to those other guys when it comes to split second "cerebral decisions". That’s where your coaching support staff have to step in...identify this issue and work with Josh on hot reads. Even that last play v KC on that blitz, he had nowhere to go with it. And I think we only needed 5 or 6 yards for the 1st. You know ATL blitzes constantly. This isn't rocket science.
  10. Pretty accurate rant in my eyes. They were geniuses in selecting Josh. But from that moment on the incessant stupid decisions just started compounding on each other, year after year....
  11. I don’t know if I've actually witnessed us use a hot read during a blitz in the last several years. Even dating back to Daboll. Tom Brady made a career of ensuring if a blitz was coming, he had a hot read to throw to. These coordinators just act like "well Josh will just scramble out of it"....you cannot run an offense that way.
  12. Somebody needs to sit down with Brady and explain to him that this team has only 2 elite players. And they're both on offense. I don't even care anymore if Jimbo struggles some in pass blocking. Make him a 3 down RB and start diversifying his play tree. Right now Ty Johnson, Davis and Gilliam are worthless within the structure of our offense.
  13. Because he's the one hiring the incompetent DC's. He should've been calling our defense since 2018. Let him take the responsibility if he's such a defensive guru.
  14. Please not Meyers. He runs a 4.63 and we already have a burner 🤣 that runs that time. Olave or Waddle please. We need speed to stretch the field.
  15. I've seen this movie before. Even if we get back some of these injured/suspended players, there's no way they don’t get injured again. I just have no faith in this group of players sustaining any longevity of health leading into the playoffs.
  16. Yup, Magic got fed up with Westhead and his "slow down" offense and Buss correctly fired him. And it ended up being the perfect decision. There's more going on right now then the effects of a possible mild concussion. I think Beane is the one experiencing a mild concussion based on his reluctance to aggressively search for a WR1.
  17. Completely agree...Josh has been the polite, patient team player long enough. The fact that this organization (McB) blatantly ignores helping him find weapons is all the more reason he should be infuriated. We have one of the worst defenses and WR rooms in the NFL. And this ridiculous and unsustainable narrative that Superman is supposed to rise above all this negligence is embarrassing.
  18. I bet she runs more man press 🤓
  19. Too bad there isn't a rating system on NFL scouting depts. I'd bet the Bills are near the bottom. McD was the one who encouraged Terry to hire Beane. McD was also the one who hired Frazier, Smiley, Dorsey, Brady, Babich....maybe Sean needs to look in the mirror and do some reflection on his choices. You're only as good as the assistants you surround yourself with. To say he (they) haven't had coaching issues outside of 13s is disingenuous. This is a failure of both coaching and player personnel.
  20. Unfortunately that would require us to have scouts capable of insight and a knack for finding diamonds in the rough. We don't have those scouts on payroll anymore. We've hit on Walker out of 16 picks. That’s embarrassing...
  21. As @Ray Stonada perfectly said, there is a wierd arrogance going on. Protect the scheme at all costs with your lives. Smart coaches are flexible and base their gameplan based on their opponents flaws. That’s what Belichick did for years. Their philosophy is to continue on with the scheme at all costs, even if it ignores a couple players playing well. Stubborn arrogance is just one of many flaws in the staff.
  22. I picked a good year to drop Sunday ticket.
