So true....at 6-6 it seamed we were done. The players rallied around McD yet they still struggle getting motivated for weaker teams. Maybe in such an unlikely season, the impossible might finally happen.....a championship.

I'd rank the Dodgers/Lakers 1a/1b. The Trojans are 2. Then the Rams are a distant 3. If you saw how pathetic that Ram parade was down Figueroa, you'd realize immediately how inconsequential the NFL is in LA. The NFL wants the market but besides 100k Raider fans, there's no local dominate fan base. Just a scattering of other teams. Even the 49er fans dominate SoFi like we did v the Chargers. Sadly my Bruins will be lost at the bottom with the Chargers and Clippers. The Angels are way down in Anaheim so don't even count.

I still think somehow Matt's going to play if we can go deep (AFCCG/SB). It wouldn't shock me.

Besides playing in a stunning yet loud stadium, the Charger experience felt like a minor league baseball game. I'm surprised there weren't sausages running across the field. They should've figured it out and made it work in SD. Shoving the Chargers in LA with little fan base is pathetic.

I will agree we have a very bad ST unit. Martin will definitely need to be upgraded next year. I'm worried about Bass's leg strength beyond 50? We've basically had no punt/ kickoff returner all season. I've not been impressed with any of our ST coaches in the Allen era. Losing 2 games this season is the difference between a 1 seed and a 6th. Again something Sean doesn't prioritize. Agree....we need to throw early and often.

Just did the NYT calculations. If we lose out there still is anywhere from a 21-89% chance of making it depending on several outcomes. Basically need Steelers, Texans and Bengals to lose 2x. Let's just destroy NE and not think of all this....
