  1. You’ve said many dumb things. Hurling insults is the sign of a low information individual. No need to start insulting people. I didn’t make any point to defend. Just an observation. You filled in blanks as you saw fit. I said nothing of the sort which you inferred.
  2. It’s the new era of “ shaming”. They probably think Urban Myer should be fired for not being truthful to some reporters.
  3. It was a comment on the media. No defense necessary. Thanks and have a blessed day, and a better tomorrow .
  4. There you go again, “ can’t even pick up on that”. Perhaps you should give the “ holier than thou “ stuff a rest and take a look in the mirror.
  5. That’s not what I said. I said a supporter of “ Nate Peterman” rather than supporter of the Bills in general. The longer NP starts ( if he does) means the guy drafted to be “ the franchise” isn’t. That’s a bad thing if you’re a fan of the Bills. Not so bad if you are just a self described “ Peterman supporter”. It’s not the same thing.
  6. Lol now you’re insulting my intelligence. Low information blah blah blah. I was merely making an observation about a topic. You really are very fond of hurling insults. Shootings happen everyday. It’s sad but true. The topic mentioned what the shooter was wearing. I made a comment about it. That’s it. No statement about victims etc was made. I don’t care if that offended you. I just don’t. You’re filling in blanks with a lot of nonsense and snap judgements.
  7. Fwiw I’ll call you a loser too. This is a thread on a Bills message board started because of what this guy was wearing. It’s not ppp over here get a grip.
  8. It’s just classless by the media. That’s what’s embarrassing . They could wash it out in the photo or something. That’s todays media for you though. As for the shooting, it’s a shame but that’s the world we live in. Just another d- bag loser.
  9. The spelling I used is acceptable and correct. Wasn’t aware of the shooters current status.
  10. That OL was returned largely intact from the previous ( 2007) lineup. Including Jason Peters.
  11. Trouble is there won’t be any cuts until the week before the regular season, most likely. Not much time to work anyone in. This line looks like it could be as bad as the ‘97 Bills with Clod Tollins at QB. Man, that OL was putrid.
  12. At this point, no Bills fan should really be a “ supporter “ of Nate Peterman. He is what he is, and if he’s the placeholder for very long it only means that the Bills have failed to find their franchise QB. Rather , they should be a supporter of giving Allen a little more time to prepare to make the jump to starting NFL QB.
  13. Now there’s Josh Allen “ hate”. ? Wtf ... this is football . We’re all Bills fans.
  14. Is there a stud OT available ?
  15. The sense is it will be Peterman taking the beating, not Allen. Allen will get in there soon enough ( probably by mid season when they’re out of the playoffs) and hopefully the OL issues are worked out somewhat.
  16. I think that was ‘08. The “ Tom Brady knee” day . The Bills started pretty well that year, iirc. Then sucked the rest of the way.
  17. It looks the same to me. He’s adequate to decent at a quick passing game. That doesn’t mean the coaches feel he’s a better option. Originally all things being equal I’d have gone with McCarron due to his experience . McCarron wasn’t very good and he’s banged up. I overestimated the drop off in the OL. So with that factored in I’d probably start Peterman. If Allen gets injured behind this OL he may not be able to return until late in the season and year one is lost. Better to let Peterman play while this OL is sorted out.
  18. You might want to dial down the Peterman love . Whatever happens, Allen will start sooner than later. He’s a placeholder and nothing more. You don’t draft a guy in the first round to sit him behind NP. To my eye , Peterman looks exactly as he did last preseason. We know what happened when he started vs a superior defensive line. Which this year looks like it might be just about every Bills opponent.
  19. Yes, him starting would be more about the other QBs. Particularly Allen, who might be too big an investment to risk in front of a worse than expected line. It’s not saying much to say that NP would be the best option. Because he isn’t that good. So is it better to play NP and deal with his limitations, or to play Allen and let him take his lumps and learn the pro game ? If you think they drafted Allen to let him sit and develop for three years you’re dreaming.
  20. I see two QBs with limitations. One with a huge capacity for growth. The other is closer to his peak level. That level isn’t all that high. We don’t know what the coaching staff will decide. They’ve only asked NP to do quick game type stuff. Allen there was a different mindset to the play-calling. The coaches were clearly evaluating, not scheming to win preseason games. It’s ALL babble from fans, I’m afraid. None of us know what the coaches will do. You are backing up going with a guy with just a couple games of experience. One of them being one of the worst performances ever by a starting QB. It isn’t as cut and dried as you are making it out to be. If I had to predict, I’d guess they wouldn’t subject their big investment to potential injury while they get the OL straightened out.
  21. They will be trying to win games this year. On a national level , I’m not sure many would agree that it is obvious to start Nate Peterman. He doesn’t offer much in terms of experience, OR talent. He’s hardly a seasoned vet QB. Remember, the first QB they called when FA started was Bradford. They even brought in McCarron when he garnered little interest . They know what they’re dealing with. If he starts, it s because they just don’t feel comfortable throwing Allen out there just yet.
  22. And he will do this how from the bench? It’s not as if the Bills have Sam Bradford or some other seasoned vet to be a placeholder starter for awhile. NP has a couple games of NFL experience , including one where he threw a whopping 5 picks and got sacked multiple times. About the only argument one could make for starting NP is to keep the investment in one piece while the OL gets straightened out. Not many other reasons to start an inexperienced Peterman over Allen. It’s only a matter of time either way. The coaches will decide what they think is the best plan of action and we will watch the outcome unfold. All the arguments in the world won’t change that.
