  1. Yep, that particular game was 90% on him , and he admitted as much.
  2. It’s certainly possible in the somewhat near future if things don’t turn around quickly. Coaches do get fired in the NFL - pretty frequently in reality. I agree I think it would take a real downturn for T Pegs to make that move. We don’t know his tolerance level, but I think it would take a lot more than a mediocre season and missing the playoffs. To me, that would get the typical changes like sacrificing a coordinator. Sean’s seat may get warm then , but that’s it. You’d likely need multiple seasons of poor results.
  3. I’m mistaken then. Scoring definitely down so maybe just perception. Haven’t scored 30 since Miami ? Under 20 points in 2 of last 3. Something amiss with the offense- hopefully they can turn it around.
  4. This is a great point - I wonder what Allen really thinks of the offensive struggles, the heavy focus on defensive players, and McDermott overall. In the end, Josh is the franchise - not McD.
  5. Possibly, but they do have cap issues. It will be interesting. Just some really bad luck for Tre these past few seasons.
  6. So if you strip away the things that make Allen a unique athlete, he looks more ordinary ? Great analysis. Amazingly , the entire offense -and its components -look more ordinary too once you remove elements that made it difficult to defend. I think you may be on to something here !
  7. I don’t see much point in restructuring TW. Is there much track record of CB’s returning to form post- Achilles injury? I think releasing him before his roster bonus is due is basically a slam dunk.
  8. Pegula isn’t going scorched earth after one non playoff year ( since Allen’s rookie campaign).
  9. They’re pretty much just cliche filled blathering.
  10. They mentioned the TD’s . QB’s often have the most fumbles as they touch the ball on every play. You’re correct though. Some see that number and immediately think it means this season too. It doesn’t. He had a lot of fumbles his first few years when he ran constantly. I doubt it will change, but it’s also not the reason for the current offensive struggles. I think he’s always been aware of this reputation , but it’s pretty much been an interesting factoid amongst a lot of scoring - and winning.
  11. Well, if he does have such plans he’s certainly not talking about them at a press conference.
  12. Imagine that. Rooting for the Zack Wilson led Jets to lose so the Bills playoff chances improve. Yet here we are
  13. When you have Josh Allen at QB , you’re not playing for a draft spot.
  14. So they should try to lose then ? Not try to fix their issues and get back to playing good football ? Not sure what the point of that would be.
  15. You may not be far off.. first downs are now a struggle to come by .
  16. Poor scheme , poor design, poor execution. Offense is a complete mess at this point.
  17. It was a very good defensive play. Once airborne , Kincaid was vulnerable to having the ball knocked out. He tried to do too much and got burned.
  18. Yes, plenty of blame to go around. They just aren’t very good right now.
  19. This season isn’t about what the Dolphins do, or anyone else for that matter. The Bills are just not very good right now. The defense ( while beat up) isn’t reliable at all. The offense is stuck in 1st gear for about 3 quarters per game. The Bills aren’t going anywhere right now, even if other teams lose games or fade down the stretch.
  20. Yep. The coaches have effectively neutered Allen for long stretches of these games. It’s not a successful strategy.
