  1. Would definitely start the following over Cook: OJ Thurman Cribbs Cookie Lynch McCoy Jackson And I’d put Kenneth Davis even with him
  2. When one doesn't understand how the cap works and refuse to acknowledge it when multiple people explain it, then it becomes easy to just throw $$ around. You recognize that, others don't.
  3. You know what? You guys can have this stupid site with all your nonsense. Go Bills.
  4. Take your homer stuff and put it you know where. Unlike others who preach nothing but doom and gloom I prefer to watch and see how things go. I think as long as you have Josh you have a good offense. If they don’t I will acknowledge. But why is it you’re here to bash Claypool and Coleman? Why do you want the team to be bad?
  5. Claypool either straightens up or he doesn’t. Simple. As for the rest of the WRs and the offense in general, when it clicks and Josh is spreading the ball around and the offense is among the league leaders I hope some here will have the decency to come back and acknowledge they were wrong.
  6. A positive from one player does not have to mean a negative for another.
  7. The parade and party after we win the Lombardi.
  8. For some reason I keep thinking Martin left in the off-season. Thanks for the correction
  9. I felt they let Martin go and brought Haack back because of holding for Bass. So my guess is Haack is brought back, unless they think the rookie has it figured out with Bass.
  10. Like a puppy with a chew toy…
  11. Ralph Wilson. He put his team in Buffalo, was at their first game as a 4 year old, and there you go.
  12. I’m in the minority on Rogers. Never thought he was as great as so many others. I don’t see a 40 year old QB coming back from an Achilles and playing at a high level. Also, does Joe Douglas get blamed for signing an older player in Rogers who then got injured? If Beane keeps getting blamed for Von Miller seems only fair.
  13. Elam has to figure out how to play zone concepts. Coming into his third year time for the light to come on. I’m thinking it will.
  14. We agree on a lot of things but calling any NFL player a coward is an absolutely ridiculous thing to say. Put your ass out there and let a guy take a free run at you like that Cardinals guy did to Edward’s. Coach: I’ll go back to John Rauch. Absolutely clueless. Player: Mike Williams. Complete waste of talent
  15. And I disagree with calling Mushnick that. You cannot seem to reconcile the idea that, while everyone has the freedom to express their views, others have an equal right to express their opposing reaction to said views.
  16. I’ll speak for this guy as I believe we share similar feelings. Why do YOU not get that one can support free speech but vehemently disagree with a person’s views? I am a strong advocate for the LGBTQ community and when people like Butker demean them it becomes dangerous. Folks of similar mind use such inflammatory speeches to justify their own hatred. And that’s wrong.
  17. Back in the AFL days the players that had off-season jobs in town put together a basketball team to play charity events. One was at Cardinal O’Hara every year, and they always asked my dad to be one of the refs. So he’d take me with him, and I’d get to hang out in the locker room with guys like Stew Barber, Al Bemiller, Paul Costa, Ernie Warlick, Butch Byrd, Lamonica. Pretty cool for an 8-10 year old kid.
  18. And water is wet
  19. For all three of these guys - low risk moves. If they come into camp and show they’ve gotten over injuries or have their head straight now or whatever, great! That helps the roster. If not, they get released. Simple.
  20. Just north of Indy. Northwest Indiana is essentially part of Chicago, don’t you think?
  21. I have not had a truly good slice of pizza in Indiana and I’ve lived here 30+ years. Bocces, DiPaulos, somebody please put a franchise out here!
  22. For the record if a policeman is killed in the line of duty I strongly favor the death penalty for the offender.
