  1. More valuable unpeeled, from what I’ve been told. Here’s mine, won’t show in the pic but you can see the outline of Ringo’s lab coat thru the white space to the right of the trunk. That’s the ‘tell’.
  2. point 3: She was a kid/teen during the rise of ‘Beatlemania’ so she had bought every record herself back then. It’s funny, you can “see” her mature through the condition of her Beatles records. The real old ones ie “With The Beatles” are pretty gashed up and unplayable, and as you get to White Album, Let It Be era they are in much better shape. The butcher cover album we have is definitely nowhere near mint, but still worth a couple hundred as it is. Worth more to us for sentimental value tho.
  3. The White Album is an overrated mishmash. Way more filler than killer. As for the question, I suppose Let It Be was last technically, but give I’d give Abby Road a spin over that any day. Sidenote, inherited our aunt’s vinyl a while back and discovered a copy of the “butcher cover” amongst her Beatles collection. Thanks Aunt Charlotte!
  4. I just want an “in stadium only” sound option. Come on now, w streaming thru PC and smart TV you mean to tell me we can’t have custom in-game camera and audio options? That’s how any of these services/sports packages might get my dollar. But then again, how would I have any idea what a laugh-riot the all new Bob ❤️ Abishola is gonna be?
  5. Sure, kick the tires. Then roll ‘em down the old “mud hill” on the back side of the stadium.
  6. Here comes 14 pages of “rabblerabblerabble!!!”.
  7. It’s well past time to let the 90’s nostalgia go.
  8. Yes to Saban but nah to the rest.
  9. With all the $ that goes around every pro sports league, I honestly don’t blame any of these guys for cashing out while they can. You will always have your “mercenary” in it for themselves types and you will have your “rah rah team first” company men types. It’s up to the individual franchises to do their homework and determine who a person in before hiring them. That said, I was happy with the Dareus pick when they made it, and even happier to get rid of him when it became abundantly apparent the type of person he is.
  10. Leaving early vs. Baltimore and beating traffic.
  11. Hopefully they can get Don Postles on some play by play.
  12. Smashing tables and pining for exes, it’s what we do best.
  13. My uncle, huge Raiders fan, he likes to go to their hotel when they’re in town v. Buffalo, get some pics and all that fan stuff. Last time they were here him and my cousin were waiting by the elevator, the door opens and Del Rio is the first one out and immediately gives them a dickish brush off “Sorry, no time today”, and my uncle says “Oh we weren’t waiting for you anyways, we’re waiting for three time Superbowl champ Coach Flores”, ha. Flores stepped out and chatted with them for a good half hour.
  14. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Robert Kraft pass out at 31 flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
  15. https://www.espn.com/nhl/story/_/id/28643117/why-buffalo-sabres-nhl-biggest-disaster?platform=amp&__twitter_impression=true Good piece, sums up the Sabres under Terry. It’s been a total joke show.
  16. Here’s a poll, what was worse? a. Terry’s tears at his Sabres intro presser. b. Terry’s booger at his Bills intro presser.
  17. Ralph never cried at a presser. Just sayin.
  18. Definitely agree in principle about needing more than one “voice”, especially since WGR is pretty much “state sponsored”. That said, I don’t listen to either station anyways.
  19. Yeah cuz NFL football is always highly correlated with high society. Derp.
  20. Thought he was gonna ‘drill a well’?
