Do The Bills Have A Passing Game Problem?
Buffalo716 replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall
In the flow of this game where they didn't let Josh cook it doesn't surprise me They're going to feed James Cook and ty this entire year and take the load off Josh like this fan base has been screaming for for years This website has been screaming for years that we need to take the Superman cape off Josh.. they are now doing it He's going to have probably career low regular season numbers and watch it come out in a super bowl -

It's time to score It's a divisional game in the NFL the dolphins were going to fight tooth and nail to not be 0-2.. players jobs and coaches jobs are on the line -
Do The Bills Have A Passing Game Problem?

I think after 8 years of dominating with dolphins it's not always easy to wake up for them even if they're a divisional rivalry We all say Josh is their daddy.. pretty sure Josh doesn't wake up as easy for them as he does some other teams He always rises up and when we need him he's going to be Superman this year I have no doubt -
Do The Bills Have A Passing Game Problem?

Again Brady teams did this in the regular season against certain teams all the time.. it's the NFL.. the dolphins could bring their a game we could bring our c+ game and win Even when it was 14-14 we barely opened it up.. this felt more like a glorified game where the outcome was known not an actual dog fight.. tua threw for 140 yds.. I never thought this game was close despite the score -
That was a championship level play by Bernard

I can feel it He looks like he's playing with some confidence and I believe it's probably because he's back with McDermott again Pick 6 Tre White is definitely coming this season -

He has a lot more left than I thought As a former defensive back that's the one thing I can see with a really good eye and he looks pretty quick .. better than I thought And he should actually keep improving since it's a long rehab from that tear he had.. you're going to be better 25 months out than you were 16 months out -

That might be true against Kansas City and Patrick mahomes because you're trying to not give a future Hall of famer too many attempts Against the dolphins I don't think they're worried about how many possessions they're getting.. Josh could have turned it on at any point in this game I have no doubt The bills aren't opening up the passing game until it's forced... They're going to be content all year playing three phase football... There will be a time when Josh throws 40 times and it won't be good for the opponent -

Do The Bills Have A Passing Game Problem?
Buffalo716 replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think this is more because there's no use in throttling games in three quarters and there's no adversity and no rhythm This is classic case of playing with your food and Brady teams did this for years throughout the regular season at points.. we're not opening up our full offense week three against a week opponents but we're also not trying to pull Josh at the end of the third quarter So it leads to JV level calls and it's just playing with your food until they want to finish it -
9/18/25 GAMEDAY Bills vs Dolphins Post Game Thread TNF

He didn't even have 150 yards passing lol When you're throwing one yard passes it's hard to sack you -
For sure our interior is very good I got the receipts to back it up here and I was literally one of the first if not the first person here to say how good McGovern would be at center .. I was not worried at all about losing Morse Interior line and things like center is a grooming position not necessarily a high success rate right out the gate.. you're looking for traits that you can develop And McGovern checks every single box from the size and length to athleticism and tenacity... And smarts Not to mention we have good guards also It's nice to not have a sieve for an offensive line anymore
-
I'm not saying that haven't tried They haven't been able to develop them We took two physically raw yet talented prospects in Dawkins and brown .. let them go through the ups and downs and grow And now we have two of the best in the world
-
Well I am open that I am a degenerate football gambler lol That's why I scout now lol no conflict of interest

I would be disheartened if we're losing by 10 plus Losing by three.. with the circumstances doesn't really bang me up ... We had 7 defensive players on the injury repr and we lose by three without our best safety and corner I have a bet right now with my buddy in Kansas City... I don't think Patrick mahomes will win one more super bowl and josh Allen will at least get the bills 1 And I got 5,000 on this long-term bet and I truly believe it.. Patrick mahomes arrow pointing down Josh Allen's been pointing up for 5 years
-
The difference is the bills have kept Josh Allen upright With bookend tackles Even the best corners can't cover NFL wide receivers for four or five seconds... And Josh has the ability to do that with the line and his escapability The Chiefs have not developed tackles with mahomes which has stunted the offense

No offense but recruiting violations is not a bigger cheating scandal than deflating footballs Colleges have been playing payers since the dawn of time.. Bear Bryant at Alabama was paying players Deflating footballs so you're running backs don't fumble them an entire season is actually hurting the integrity of the game a lot more.. compared to Pete Carroll paying players which all coaches were doing They just all don't get caught... Alabama Georgia Ohio State Texas etc have been paying player since the 60s and 70s.. well before nil

Eagles do move slightly early andthey don't call it I've seen some where 2-3 lineman have some momentum before snap.. like you said milliseconds They also need to call that I agree the officials spotting are way over the place
