There are multiple levels of scouts A blesto scout would certainly be at the bottom of the hierarchy The national scout certainly not.. still long hours and lots of travel but lot better perks than a blesto scout They generally have around 7-10 scouts Pay depends on what type of scout and yeah most are on the road all the time You have lowest level blesto scouts Area scouts A national scout or 2 And a director of college scouting And that's not counting the pro scouts scouting potential NFL free agents and waiver wire guys

He is really plugged into FCS programs and has a knack for identifying NFL talent there This kid is a tremendous athlete who with our coaching I think he could legitimately bloom into a potential starter in a couple years But I like his play style and I think he has a good amount of potential

I think that facility is a training area at mahomes's mansion .. and it's certainly not better than whatever the bills have at their adpro sports training complex where players can live in the off-season basically Josh Allen is known around the NFL has having a supreme world class work ethic.. and I'm pretty sure he has a training area at his Mansion too and a film room so he can watch whenever You Don't go from unranked zero Star high School recruit to a kid who is supposed to be potentially be the number one pick Basically corrected all of his flaws that he had coming into the league and became a superstar He 100% bust his ass as much as any player including Patrick mahomes who also plays golf and does stuff Bobby stroupe is also the personal trainer for mahomes you're talking about.. he's not a quarterback coach or a football trainer he's a physical trainer who's been working with mahomes since he was 9.. and if I'm being honest I'm also pretty sure Patrick mahomes is hobbling six weeks into every season... His body is always breaking down

Sanders will have 15 pics and 12 touchdowns if he starts 10 games If you sit Sanders he might become better throwing him to the fire will keep his NFL career short and quick as a starter Like tyrod Taylor he can have a long career if he sits on the bench for a few years... He has 250 touchdowns to even reach the career of Joe flacco I don't think much of Joe but I 100% would rather have Joe flacco as my quarterback than shador Sanders Who I do not think is a starting quarterback in the NFL and Joe flacco has proven he's a decade-long starter with a super bowl stronger arm can read zone coverage better quicker release.. Sanders has his name and 40 passing touchdowns in college.. that's basically it I have not been high on Sanders for years and I'm not going to magically flip it He's tyrod Taylor with less mobility.. a 6 ft 1 pocket passer who can't move great and doesn't have a crazy strong arm He is good against man coverage which is a plus, but he's a little weak versus zone which most of the NFL does

Shorts are a tough job to evaluate quarterbacks I didn't have a top three round grade on Sanders and I think a One-Stop Joe flacco is still absolutely better We're not talking about long-term ceiling .. there's zero world where Sanders is a better quarterback than Joe flacco right now in a live NFL game
