Being a top 3 team in scoring. Does it matter how we do it?
Buffalo716 replied to PrimeTime101's topic in The Stadium Wall
McDermott has been a HC or DC for 16 seasons He has 14 top 10 seasons in turnovers out of 16... Including 8 in the top 5 That's as consistent as Bill belichick lol it's not regressing outside the top 10 EDIT::: Bill belichick only has 15 top 10 turnover defenses in 38 years as a defensive coordinator or head coach Sean McDermott is the best modern day coach at producing consistent turnovers statistically -
just came in this thread said the same thing

Bills Related Draft News & Discussion
Buffalo716 replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah he has fantastic numbers at wide receiver but he also didn't go up against quality cornerbacks usually There's 700+ division 1 corners... There's really only 45-55 good ones that can give an NFL quality player a battle He played against a lot more nfl wide receivers than he did going up against NFL level corners... He might have star potential at wide receiver but he has Superstar potential at corner 100% with his traits and being groomed by deion He can play press man , off man , outside leverage inside leverage, cloud coverages quarters coverages.. they don't make guys that complete at that age -
Well I can confirm Chat gpt is crazy I did ask it to simulate the next 10 Cleveland browns seasons with results in which it had DeShaun Watson leading the Cleveland browns to two AFC championship games and losing a super bowl

Frank Reich hired as interim coach at Stanford
Buffalo716 replied to Ed_Formerly_of_Roch's topic in The Stadium Wall
No I have some friends at ACC schools and Big 12 schools.. so I called some of them up to ask what was going on I called my Stanford booster friend.. and he said he was told it was a mutual one year interim deal Try and get Andrew luck's rookie GM year going smoothly... He felt comfortable with Reich and with the quick turnover since they fired their last coach that's who he wanted But it does seem like a mutual favor because Reich does want to get back to the NFL -
Realistically the bad holding thing with bojorquez was the most overblown thing ever It's not a hard skill for a professional football player to learn Even Cory bejorquez.. who got lambasted here for being a bad holder.. has been called the best holder his current kicker has ever had lol not that hard I also for an exercise went through every single hold of Cory's career while with Buffalo.. and he didn't have over seven kicks with the laces not out in his career... He held over 150 kicks.. he had seven times the laces were in.. that's about average with most NFL holders There's never been a punter who was good at punting who was fired for being bad at holding

Frank Reich hired as interim coach at Stanford
Buffalo716 replied to Ed_Formerly_of_Roch's topic in The Stadium Wall
Because he's not going to stay there permanently He's there to help Andrew luck right the ship.. everything I've been told they will look for a new coach after the season with college experience -
Allen is just wayyy to off spelled for a first name Alan is ok Allan is weird , Allen is worse hahah Great last name

It's just crazy that Joe b is this mythical figure lol like the Bengles were going to win the super bowl if they got in First of all he's a good quarterback he's not perfect even if he's played some of his better games against the bills He has nine touchdowns four interceptions in seven playoff games.. Josh has a better pass rating, a better qbr.. a better touchdown to interception ratio Yes I did not care if we played the Bengals cuz I do not think they were going to beat us even if Joe burrow has had a couple of good games against us Patrick mahomes has had good games against us and bad games.. the NFL ebbs and flows Joe B is actually due for a rough game versus the bills And I already talked to the poster.. but The Bengles are not unbeatable and his past success doesn't mean it's always going to be the same every game that's a fact Joe burrow had a great playoff game versus us and a great regular season game last season too... He played his best playoff game of his career versus the bills. He also has nine touchdowns in seven playoff games... Josh has a better qbr a better passer rating, more touchdowns per game less interceptions per game in the playoffs Everybody goes back to the statistic norm... So yes I believe Josh Allen and co would score more points than they would score on us
-
Ooo you're just taking one game where Joe b played really good against us lol So I guess he's Jesus Christ thank you I never need to read another post from you again Joe B played unreal for one game versus us and now he's unstoppable till the end of time.. that's all I need to know I will now never read another post from you lol I now know where your head is in regards to McDermott and the bills

@Mikie2times if you're going to just hit a disagree button on the internet how about you be a man and say what you disagree about You disagree that Joe b has missed significant time in two seasons? You disagree that Joe B, threw a lot less yards with only seven more attempts then Peyton Manning in his record season? You disagree that Peyton Manning was better than Tom Brady presnap? You disagree that Josh Allen is the NFL iron Man at quarterback? Come on bro don't hide behind a disagree button.. what do you disagree with

I shake Ralph's hand once a week just to say go bills -
I didn't care if we saw them.. I thoroughly believe we would have spanked them He threw 652 times and didn't even crack 5,000 yards lol Peyton Manning threw 659 times and through 5,400 That's the difference between a first-ballad Hall of famer and Joe b.. who is going to have statistics because he's a modern quarterback But he's got a long way to reach before he's Peyton Manning or Tom Brady.. by the way if you're going to talk about pre-snap processing skills it's Peyton Manning all day Peyton Manning was better than Tom Brady pre snap Tom Brady was better post snap... And burrow has a long way to go before he's Peyton or Tom ... Who got to play in the NFL where you could even get killed And I'm not saying Joe b is bad.. he's a really really good QB in the mold of the old school quarterback But he has missed significant time in two seasons... And durability doesn't get better with age.. Josh might get dinged up.. but every single NFL player is.. and Josh is currently the NFL iron Man at quarterback

Name a random athlete and something you remember them by
Buffalo716 replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in Off the Wall
Feel like there's guys who are probably striking out 120 times a year now in one season The fact he played probably 17 plus seasons and only struck out 434 times is insane -
Of course they do.. but it's silly.. five straight years of 40 plus touchdowns.. no other quarterback in NFL history even did 4 straight Joe burrow is a great rhythm passer.. Josh Allen has the durability of Brett favre and the athleticism of a 6'5 John elway Then you compare their actual hand size and how the ball comes out.. there's not one world where I would take Joe b.. over what Josh Allen has became It's great that they have belief in their quarterback and he is really good.. he's not Josh Allen
-
Only true Hall of famers out of that group are mahomes Allen and Jackson... Matt Stafford is in that group but aging out Burrow is super streaky and been injury prone... Goff Daniel Stroud love and hurts all fall into the category of really good NFL quarterback Can take over a game on occasion but not weekly So it's basically only three or four elite quarterbacks in that group

Well the bills practice facility and the stadium are on the same grounds so they wouldn't need to travel really even if they did go to the practice facility for a stretch You can take a go-kart from The practice facility to the stadium in no time -

You want a monster run stuffing DT? I got you a monster DT
Buffalo716 replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
Even in high school in 7A Texas football.. I don't know how many 6'5 375 lb kids there are lol I understand your premise but something tells me you never went up against a 400 lb lineman in your day lol big was probably 275-310 on the line -
The word elite gets thrown around way too much... Like.. elite is the best of the best.. Hall of Fame level.. All pro level There's not 10 elite wide receivers in the NFL... So I think DK is really good I don't think he's ever been in the top five six or seven... Elite is consistently top five

There is no team hotel for home games Most of the players have their own houses in Western New York.. maybe a few room together Josh Allen is sleeping in his mansion before game days in orchard Park lol not the hyatt -

Any modern top program would have gotten this 370 lb kid and trimmed him down to 340 lb and made him a beast The fact the Gators let this kid gain a hundred pounds without ever trying to get this kid on a consistent program is mind-boggling Now I'm 100% sure they tried and he just didn't adhere so that's also a red flag.. like he would have never seen the field under Nick Saban until he got his weight under control -
Wide Receiver Train Full Speed Ahead- CHOO CHOO!
Buffalo716 replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
But he has a high floor at the slot.. it's not like he's a bust if he couldn't play the z Just from a physical gift standpoint he'll be able to be a good slot receiver and create separation within 5 10-15 yards Now is Egbuka a more precise route runner, for sure... I see him being like Bob woods, who I think was severely underrated his entire career
