  1. Yeah but there was unvaccinated people at the game yesterday They just used their cousin or brother's card .. I know it happened And If you were a season ticket holder for 25 years , and you can't go to the games because you're unvaccinated.. pretty sure your football year is ruined.. if you didn't decide to break the rules If the goal was to make everybody be vaccinated they should probably check it's the right people Or the mandate is weak
  2. A lot of people's seasons got ruined a couple weeks ago because of poorly executed planning I just can't say that everything went fine and everybody followed everything to a tee Even yesterday, because everybody knows that's not the case They wanted vaccinated people in the stadium.. and then didn't even check to see if it was the right people
  3. Absolutely Quarterbacking is an independent thing Most schools like Alabama or Ohio State just don't choose quarterbacks with big time NFL futures, cuz it's abut winning in college It doesn't mean that those type of quarterbacks can't land at that program
  4. I'm pretty sure the bills were the one that made the mandate The bills and Erie county made a joint statement.. but something tells me Erie county didn't push anything Cuz Erie county's open with outdoor venue's
  5. I don't think he's going in the top 10 or 15 of the draft like Pitts or TJ
  6. According to next Gen statistics In 2019, is average tackle depth past the line of scrimmage on run plays was 1.9 yards and 2.6 yards in 2020 Ahead of guys like Patrick Queen and roquan Smith So while he definitely isn't making flash plays.. and he's out of position in zone sometimes.. he's been fairly consistent in the run game Not that It quantifies a 15 million contract
  7. But everyone says we need a dome and he sucks in wind/weather lol He IS WHY we stay open air
  8. He's been doing that since college including all last year
  9. Officially starting to get worried about the running game tho Kevin Marks has not been able to get going at all... Push in the run game against a group of 5 school was not good
  10. So many things to say but at the end of the day it's a w Remember for years when people would complain about leipolds team not playing the entire 60 minutes and blowing games? Players play.. when they think it's in the bag this happens
  11. 8 to 10 games a year really does have little economic impact All those restaurants are operating 365 a year.. there's tons of thriving restaurants downtown , 8 days a year of business isn't really going to change things Hotels around the city are filled up And buffalo is a smart drinking City... Sure you get younger adults who will party downtown and hit strip... But dive bars are King in the city most people won't be hitting the bar scene downtown and paying $15 a drink before the Bills game... They would much rather buy 12 pack for that price and just pre-game with Friends... Which is why I don't think it's going to have a huge impact on the bar/restaurant scene If they Put it downtown it's because it's the best place for a football
  12. The area doesn't matter.. stadiums don't help the economy of wherever they are.. suburbs or downtown most studies indicate
  13. In the past 10-15 years there's been a resurgence of development Downtrodden cities like Buffalo don't turn around overnight... It's literally a 30 40 year plan And there's already a lot of parts of downtown that have seen economic revivals... Mom and pop shops, boutiques Hipsters are moving back into the city cuz it's trendy now
  14. Still a resident of Buffalo I don't think anybody saying they don't want the city to be bustling.. it's already a beautiful city The only thing is there's been a lot of studies shown that downtown stadiums do nothing for a cities economy... So statistically building a stadium downtown is going to do nothing for the economy Football stadiums are never money makers for the economy So it's one thing to want buffalo to be beautiful and bustling.. but a stadium downtown is not going to make that happen . It's not what changes cities
  15. What a wild start!
  16. Should be a good game vs old Dominion Horns up 🤘
  17. I would love for the East side to be turned around I spend a lot of my time there... Great people in hard conditions
  18. I've read a lot of studies on new stadiums being built and economic impacts Studies basically all show the economic impact is negligible.. wherever the stadium is So a stadium downtown is doing nothing for the economy of Buffalo.. you build the stadium to keep the bills Not because it has an economic impact And a stadium downtown will do absolutely nothing for the east side of Buffalo.. nobody does anything for the east side of Buffalo
  19. A stadium downtown will do nothing for the economy of Buffalo Buffalo is already a beautiful place, with a lot going for it The places that are struggling are like the east side.. the biggest area of Buffalo And a stadium downtown is going to do nothing for the East side , the place that needs it the most Downtown, canalside, the harbor, Allentown, Shea's district, are all beautiful and gorgeous.. and have money flowing through them Parts of the West side and the East side need a lot of help.. new stadiums doing nothing for them
  20. When the bills build new stadium.. there will be no doubt in their future Except the negative nancies who like to play Doom.. our local politicians who we voted for, know they need to get us a stadium or they're not getting reelected And I don't think a stadium downtown will be the revival of Buffalo.. cities been in revival for 20 years... one Neighborhood at a time... And there's been a lot of studies shown that there's no economic impact from a new stadium
  21. It's going to end up going where it's going And buffalo isn't any of those cities you named .. it has its own identity The fact that a downtown stadium is going to cost astronomically more, and that there's no economic impact Is definitely going to swing judgment As much as you are hoping for that rail line from the city to the airport it is never going to happen
  22. Something Tells me that's not going to happen , seeing as the UB track and field team participate there still I believe I don't think they're going to uproot their home turf
  23. Ofc The difference between 15000 and 65000 is astronomical though
  24. I absolutely agree Huge difference between designed runs and scrambling outside the pocket to pass or run Josh has always been extremely effective at getting outside the pocket and being a dual threat.. it's one of the best facets of his game He needs to continue to utilize it..when he gets outside The tackle box, he's super accurate and a big time playmaker
  25. That's awesome! I will never forget those early days Horns up 🤘
