Kudos to Bass, who was icy yesterday. We debated the kick vs going for it on our couch; since it was 8 we all wanted the kick.

I used to watch/listen to full seasons (every game) of Red Sox baseball, *****, I would leave WORK to go home during day game no-hitters to watch them (usually jinxing them). Argue all over forums, wear the gear, etc etc etc. I'm in CT, it's like the Mason Dixon line of Sox/Yanks and I was not shy. After 2004, I slowed way down,but still watched any time I could easily. After 07, when they won again, and I had my first kid....yo my baseball days were OVER. Ain't nobody got time for all that. And I have to say....winning two really took the edge off around here. I sometimes wonder if the Bills win the bi gone, if I would feel the same way...then I remembered football is awesome.

I can fix her. Plus, I have enemies!

I'm sitting there with my nephew watching the end of this game and in dead synchronicity we both said "what the &^$% is he doing???" and just like that I'm not allowed at the kids' table any more. Thanks a lot Eberflus!

I did see the first 4th down attempt and was like "damn man I know this is how you got here but....take those points!!! 3 Scores!". I have my beefs with McD (I feel he is sometimes inconsistent in his logic of when he does or doesn't go for it on 4th) but this is brutal for Lions fans.

I missed the second half...was his big mistake going for it on fourth in the first half, and not kicking the FG? Or did he do something silly in the 2nd half?
