That was my WTF moment!? Buuuuuut, I’ve seen this nonsense now for almost a generation, from Bills’ teams. It doesn’t happen on Billycheat’s teams! Otherwise, you don’t play for him anymore! GET ON IT McDERMOTT AND CUT IT OUT ASAP!

Having been a Season Tix holder during the Glory Years, I’ve seen GREAT Bills football, played by HOF players. That era has been followed by endless stupid and losing error filled trailer trash this millennium. While we would always prefer that the Bills return to greatness, I’m just looking at the widgets in the NFL tables at week’s end. If they’re on the Left Side? ????? Just Win Baby! But, I know greatness when I see it and it has been MIA in Bills’ uniforms for a looooooong time! I will chime in, once I see it.

Tis surely an advantage, for multiple reason. 1) THIS Season, the non Bills teams from N.Y. State are stiffs! 2) Back to back for familiarity and climate? PERFECT. 3) Reasonably close for Bills fans to attend in force- because the Home opposition are stiffs? CHECK! 4) Starting out the year 2-0? PRICELESS!

Ok, but let’s not go crazy the other way. The Offense absolutely, was NOT “great”. The D was in the ballpark for that word. Unless, I missed it, Allen did not have a perfect rating as QB- as Dak & the “Running QB” did. He wasn’t Brady, nor even Rodgers against a monster D. or Mahomes or Stafford, etc. He and the Offense were passable, but not in any way, dominant! They need to get better and have the luxury of two more stiffs to do so, before a real opponent shows up. Go Bills!

C+ As others have stated, this Bills version will go as far as Allen. Really helps to have a Top 5, plus some weapons this year. Not outstanding Offensive players by any stretch, but an improved line, to try and ensure Allen doesn’t get killed! Allen reminds me of a Big Ben- Jimbo hybrid, much better runner, strong arm- but less accurate thus far. Of that draft class, that ‘Running QB’ ? of the Ravens moves to the head of the class! Mayfield falls to number two. I’d like to believe Allen is next, followed by Darnold and Risen appears to be the bust of the bunch. To improve? * Less running + more sliding, especially on design Runs, plus always go outta bounds when reaching the sidelines, unless it’s a critical TD moment of the game. So many QBs... always Bills ones, have that problem. * Design the Passing Offense to his strengths- 12 yard outs, curls & the odd bomb 3-4x per game. * Receivers be ready! I haven’t looked at that tape yet, but was the Pick 6 on Beasley too? I’ve seen Brady, Rogers, Brees, P. Manning, etc., ALL throw those deliberately designed low passes- albeit normally at the flag for a TD. Upon further review of my 10-6 prediction, let’s go to the probable Losses to see what’s changed. Not Cheatriots x2, not Philly or the Cowboys... but now the Brownies & Steelers are now possible. On the other winning side, Titans are now questionable and Ravens- uh oh! Could be a wash.

If the Bills are going to win 10 this year, this one as were the Jets are absolutely, two of them. Let’s get the mistakes and stupidity cleaned up and design a proper First Half Offensive to beat this sad sack.
