I would say not, IF the ball is moving, which it was. Now, if you take about 4-5 and cross the end line and drop it then- you’re good. TD! IF you only get 2 feet in , before going out, with possession- that’s good too, even if you lose it going to the ground, past the end line. And they have also used the 3 foot, football rule since Ertz Spiked that TD in the SB!
