The recent rumor was Oliver to CHI because he posted highlights of him sacking MIN, GB, and DET. So maybe a trade between ARI, BUF, and CHI. To be fair, Beane would say he’s hoping to extend a player even if he already agreed to trade them. I don’t think you’re ever going to hear him say, “That player is outta here!” OBD always talks up all their current players, even unprompted. Actually, you could spin it the other way - Beane talking about extending them to get better leverage in trade negotiations.

Wonder if Beane is just targeting players who hurt us in the past. Harris ran all over us. We all know about the Hopkins catch. We graded McGovern too low resulting in Cody Ford.

I like the idea but feel ARI will take on some Hopkins cap hit in exchange for a better asset. Then again maybe that’s unnecessary with Oliver out the door. Also seems like that blank is most likely CHI.

Right? YAC can be Yards After Catch or Yards After Contact, and he seems able to rack up the latter. Also, great username.

I’m hoping he can be used sparingly enough throughout the season that we can unleash him fully December onward. Turn Cook and Hines loose all game then bring in Harris in the 4th quarter fresh.

- The 2 backs are close in overall talent level, but Singletary is by no means the far superior player; - Harris will get more than exactly what is blocked too just he gets it by carrying multiple defenders downfield as opposed to Singletary’s decent elusiveness; - Singletary is kind of redundant here while Harris’ skill set is a much better complement to Cook and Hines; and - While clearly not a top back in the league, rarely is someone who scored 15 TDs in a year JAG. (I am hoping the delay in release of contract details means the Bills got him for cheap!)

A lot of nice plays against the Bills in the above highlight video. Fits the profile to balance with Cook and Hines. Only age 26. Also good to take from NE*. His draft profile: Disciplined and rugged with a very strong sense of who he is as a running back. He operates with a good feel for blocking schemes and finds the designed yards while adding extra with his power and some elusiveness. He lacks game-breaking juice as a runner and will need to keep his weight down or he'll end up in the "grinder" category of runners. Harris is more likely to be good than great as a pro, but his size, every-down game and ball security give him a chance to have fruitful career as a solid starter.

Dalton Schultz 1 year deal worth up to $9 million with Texans. If the Bills seriously want to run 12 personnel often, then I think that would have been a good option. I get the draft is deep at TE, but dang that’s good value. Edit:

I agree with almost all of this, but feel I’d be excited still if we get a top WR prospect at 27 (or by trading up). I think Addison, JSN, & Flowers in particular could come in right away and push Davis.
