I don't care if you're a suspect (means there's been no proof of guilt) or if it's an active shooter situation. Neither calls for telling someone they will get they're head blown off. If the guy receiving the treatment of being told his head will be blown off were the active shooter, I'm also not sure how that helps much. Would hope cops could do their job without making threats on civilian lives.

Like I said, I guess props to those who claim they would be fine after that situation. I think most people would not. Dunno about the list of things people these days are apparently afraid of, but I value my life, so yes, having someone threaten to blow my head off would not sit well. As for what's to be scared about... it's getting your head blown off. I like mine where it is, and also like being able to see the people I care about another day.

Yep. Are there criminals of every type? Sure. Should any innocent person be made to feel like they are about to possibly get shot in the head while on vacation? Fuc|< no.

At least I can pretend I'm watching Fred Jackson when Banyard is on the field. EDIT: Not too upset about this move. I like Tolbert just as much as Williams. Banyard looked good. Jones didn't look all that bad either. Wish we would have gotten a draft pick though.

Have loved Boldin as a player his whole career, but this ain't cool. I agree with "demand way too high of a pick or pound sand" crowd.

If we don't get Thad Lewis as QB3, then Trevone Boykin who was waived by the Seahawks would be a good pickup.

I'm pretty sure he was injured last year, but not sure about this year. Either way he definitely got a later jump on working himself into the line-up than did Wright.

Yeah, just seems to me like he got more playing time earlier on in the preseason games. They must like both though if they traded for Gaines. EDIT: Plus, Wright has that great Uber story, right? Maybe the PR department gets a say on one roster spot.

Greg Mabin. Hyde can play some CB, too.

My guess would be Wright, with Gaines possibly overtaking him at some point.

You're welcome. Catches of 58 yards (TD - EDIT: I guess he was called down by contact, but still a deep ball) and 33 yards this preseason, so maybe there's something there. Gives us some semblance of that deep threat many claim we lack (although he ran a 4.51).
