    Hopefully special teams is better this season. They were downright awful on coverage and penalties, lost more than a couple games iirc because of poor special teams

    Lotulelei is def not average. He’s very good and imo he’s paid just fine.

    I was never worried about him tbh, from day 1 you could tell he was special. His struggles last season were mostly due to overthinking responsibilities, not surprising when you consider they gave a 20 year old control over the defensive calls. Physically the guy's a unicorn. I think he's going to be one of the best in the game for a long time starting this year.

    You can get lung cancer without smoking too. Repetitive brain trauma is a fairly accepted contributing factor in CTE research today. You're right. That was another poster, my mistake.

    I already told you they didn't know about the link between football-related TBI and CTE. It's still not well understood. The NFL was not forthcoming with the research and actively suppressed findings that showed how dangerous the sport really was. These aren't really disputable.
