The run defense is a non issue. If the offense doesn't have an off day that game script from Green Bay will get them run out of the building 10/10 times.

Packers didn't want to get blown out. They were running heavy sets and trying to keep the score respectable. Our offense wasn't polished enough off a bye to punish that strategy. It happens.

Yes I did both my ACL and each knee that was the case I am no expert and I am sure there has been a ton of development since my experience But I would imagine a 'setback' could be anything from structural integrity issues (which would be major imo) to something like hamstring or quad soreness (still important as the muscles stabilize the knee) which while still being important to the knee would not necessarily bode poorly for a full recovery
