    It's personnel imo I actually give the scheme and playcalling credit for getting as much out of that side of the ball as they have thus far

    I wouldn't call it a gimmick offense tbh It looks very much like Niners in that they are able to maximize productivity of their personnel I would call it extremely efficient in that sense

I just know all things considered I would prefer the staff be headed by a guy w a background on the offensive side of the ball Imo Dorsey is fine but if you think an offense led by Josh Allen outperforming one led by Jared Goff is an indictment on anything other than QB I don't know what to tell you
