Good question Defense will have to look competent vs the run and keep score under say 25ish, and only one of Hill/Waddle can go off. Not both Offense will need to be able to generate first downs at like a 65% clip, pass pro will need to be as good as it was vs Commanders, and yardage in the 300passing 75rushing range...honestly, I would probably need all of these things to happen plus a win to justify saying we are confidently better. But that's largely because of how explosive Dolphins have looked last few weeks

Yes Ekeler as the second option is a big benefit over Herbert having to utilize Davis as his #2 Allen's mobility in the backfield gets Williams even more opportunities downfield and the 50/50 balls he can come down with outweighs Diggs>Keenan Allen I don't think people really get how much of a weapon Ekeler is

I would say hold your horses tbh I'm as big a fan of Allen and Dorsey as you're likely to find and I don't think beating up on a bad Raiders defense is necessarily a sign that everything is well on offense. They are still issues on the line in pass pro that will get exposed

I wouldn't dispute the idea that the Bills could have been a better rush offense had they committed more personnel in draft capital along the oline and crafted a scheme more suited to the backs we did have...the rush yards/attempt does support that they were more efficient than is popularly held But the concept that they actually were a good run offense is where I would disagree. And fwiw I don't begrudge them because I think running the ball and having a 'good' NFL rush offense is -EV offensively...for what the Bills want to do their rush attack was complementary enough
