Cosell’s play of the week had the Rams swing Gurley out to the boundary, forcing the corner to slide over on him and the line backer onto Woods. Boom. Woods down the seam for a touchdown. This stuff shouldn’t be that hard.

It’s clear that McD doesn’t like saying quotable material so he will regret this one, even though it’s being taken out of context. He was obviously trying to point towards the culture change and roster turn over being well underway. People saying he wants culture over talent are just sounding off for the sake of hearing themelseves speak. The most talented players on the roster were some of the most disinterested in the team first culture so they had to go. It is indeed a process. If they hit on Allen and Edmunds that should buy them enough time to see it through. Attitude fixing the running game? Another melt down from the melt down crew? He is most likely alluding to the frustration the Oline and backs have, have you not seen them yelling at eachother on Sundays? I’m sure that room is tense and some of those guys aren’t here long term and the coach knows that. Keep two feet on the ground, don’t need anyone jumping over a few quotes being taken out of context the first week of October.

The disparity tells me he isn’t around the ball as much as his peers. Not a surprise, a lot of folks were down on this signing. Williams for the Jets is known for 2 gaping and he has 3 times the amount of tackles and a sack.

So you have time to make an uninformed assumption and tell us all about it but you can’t take 60 seconds and google a handful of DTs? Sounds legit.

Why would his numbers be 4 times as good in the same scheme his first year in Carolina? He is getting pushed around more. Go look at the numbers of space eating DT, the good ones aren’t ending up with 16 tackles a year. That’s ridiculous. That’s not a good player.

His role is to occupy blockers? Is that your argument? Look at any good “space eating DT” they still end up with 30-45 tackles. Star is way off the mark. That’s an indication that he is less of an anchor than a good DT, he is away from the ball more than others.

Both of their lines play physical this could be brutal. Their offense has limitiations so that gives the Bills a chance I suppose. 20- 14 Bills. Going full homer.
