  1. Josh Allen's heartwarming reunion with former Bills teammate (video) Allen is a great teammate and we love to see the love between two teammates and the quarterback’s genuine care for his teammate and their family.
  2. Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots — Revenge in mind for Week 17 https://www.buffalorumblings.com The Bills dropped a much-needed Week 7 game to the Patriots at Gillette Stadium — now it’s time for a hostile Highmark Stadium crowd to make their voices heard The Bills are currently 13-point favorites over the Patriots, with the over/under set at 40. It seems that bettors are prepared for a bit of a defensive battle in Orchard Park, NY. Will the team that steamrolled the Dallas Cowboys (-5.5) during inclement weather show up, or will we see a more methodical approach by head coach Sean McDermott and interim offensive coordinator Joe Brady? Earlier this season, Buffalo was dealt a deflating blow in their Week 7 loss at Gillette Stadium, where quarterback Mac Jones had a fantastic day, culminating in an eight-play, 75-yard touchdown drive inside the two-minute warning. The Bills’ defense was unable to contain a suddenly lethal Patriots passing attack, which left quarterback Josh Allen and Buffalo’s offense a mere 12 game seconds to try and overcome a four-point deficit. The Bills were unable to match New England’s execution all afternoon, forced into an unsuccessful game of catch-up until the very end. That Massachusetts victory became head coach Bill Belichick’s 300th all-time in the NFL — placing him third behind Don Shula (328) and George Halas (318) The Bills’ offensive line has played lights out this season, and that’s helped running back James Cook has developed into a premiere multi-purpose threat out of the backfield, and that should benefit the Bills down the stretch as they look to keep defenses honest... and confused on any given down. Whether this is Belichick’s AFC East swan song or not, the Patriots are for sure to be fired up and ready to spoil the New Year for the Buffalo Bills, the same as they did for the Denver Broncos (-3.5) holiday last weekend.
  3. can the Jets pull off the upset on the road?
  4. good to see Floyd with a full practice 👍
  5. Week 17 NFL picks: Browns beat Jets on Thursday night to clinch playoff berth; Cowboys defeat Lions Ali 28-17 Brooke 23-14 Dan 28-13 Gennaro 24-14 Tom 28-14 Why Brooke is taking the Bills: I'm sure Bill Belichick and the Patriots would love nothing more than to make the Bills sweat out a potential playoff berth for one more week, but that's easier said than done. Because while the Pats' defense has allowed just 15.7 points and 265.2 total yards per game since Week 10 (both second in the NFL) and the offense has found new life(ish) with Bailey Zappe, the Bills are playing some of their best football of the season -- unlike when these teams met back in Week 7. And this contest is in Buffalo, where Josh Allen is 6-1 with 16 pass TDs against just five picks. Weirder things have happened, but the Bills are carrying too much momentum into a home game with a playoff slot in their grasp to let this one go. week-17-nfl-picks
  6. hence the post in this thread.
  7. When he leaves NE, I believe he retires from football. just my opinion. he may not be the greatest but certainly in the top 3.
  8. couldn't running the ball more factor in to that?
  9. quite honestly, they're not half-assed anymore. I watch the whole game in HD with the only thing being it's about 30 seconds behind. it used to be pop up hell and very unreliable. not anymore.
  10. Buffalo Bills look to prepare for second consecutive trap game vs. Patriots Buffalo Bills look to prepare for second consecutive trap game vs. Patriots It was just a month ago where the Bills stood at 6-6 after a heartbreaking loss against the Philadelphia Eagles and their playoff hopes. Since then, they have ripped off three consecutive wins against the Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Chargers. They were able to get the upper hand on the Chiefs, beat down the Cowboys, and just squeak by the Chargers to put them at 9-6. Not only do they have a great chance at making the playoffs, but they also can go into Week 18 battling for the AFC East against the Miami Dolphins, if the Dolphins lose to the Baltimore Ravens. This once again feels like a trap game for the Bills. They have more to lose than the Patriots (even though New England’s win last week may have cost them a Caleb Williams or Drake Maye). The Patriots are coming off a win against the Denver Broncos, who were fighting to keep their playoff hopes alive but failed to do so. This could very well be the last time the Bills see Bill Belichick across from them, with there being rumors about his future with the Patriots. Don’t think that Belichick wouldn’t like to walk into Highmark this Sunday and get the final shot against the Bills. Buffalo will need to stay focused and prepare for a New England defense that has been the reason why they have the wins they do this season
