Possibly because Aaron Rodgers is from Chico and there are no NFCW games in that window? Still strange either way they aren't showing TB-Car as it looks to be the best early game. I know it's because of the Masters, but it's cool that the Bills game has higher coverage (or very close) than "America's Game of the Week."

Since working from home I've been watching some of their daytime programming like NFL Live, which is pretty good (especially compared to TSN talking head shows in Canada). However, their business model of bilking cable operators to give them $5 a pop from every customer, even if they just want to watch Lifetime or whatever is screeching to a halt this isn't 1998 or even 2012 anymore. ESPN+ is a tough sell too as you can't be everything to everyone and expect people to pay for analysis that is widely available for free.

I think he underplayed the injury. He's not going to put a target on his back shoulder and let the world know that the was the reason for his dip in play in weeks 5-6 (leaving out 7 as he didn't have to do as much). The weather and lack of Brown of course weren't ideal either.

Meh, Tua's new and he had a good game vs the #1 pick from the year before, of course people would be excited to talk about it. Josh and the Bills are getting plenty of deserved love for their signature win, but I love that it's not seen as exciting as the 2 other big stories of the weekend: Tua's big game & Tompa Bay crapping the bed at home. We were a 6-2 team who convincingly beat a 6-1 team, albeit with the presumptive MVP, in our own stadium. I'm glad the national media isn't treating it like a total shock.

I'm rooting for the Pats 100%. If the Jets win, all week I'd be paranoid about BB tanking the rest of the season and landing Trevor.

He'd probably have to DC another team to get consideration, similar to how Mike Pettite had to leave the Jets under Rex to get consideration. There's a lot of nepotism in the league, so it's not the craziest idea. Teams may be tantalized by the idea of a HC that can ask advice from Bill (especially after he retires). I'm sure he's more liberal sharing knowledge with his son than he was with Patricia, O'Brien & McDaniels.

This seems like a Bill move to me. Minor "injury" to hold him out to trade him. Sitting him with no excuse before a deal is in place could show desperation to get a deal done.

He really has been getting better and better. For the national guys: Romo's the best. Collinsworth is at his his best when the game's a blowout and riffin' with Al (though Michaels does most of the heavy lifting). I generally enjoy him but he is the most rigid in his preconceived notions of players and teams of all the national color guys. Aikman seems a little checked out this year, and his Dr. Hibbert laugh is getting distracting. Griese and Riddick are off to a good start.

It's surprising how bad he's handling this. He felt this was "his team" for the first time since Buffalo? Really not the 2015 Jets? His brand has being a good teammate and acting as a mentor to young QBs. 100% the Dolphins should have talked with him before it was leaked to the press, but this (sincere) outburst won't help with team cohesion and the players rallying around, and showing patience, with Tua. This could cost him a bunch of money down the line, I'm sure GMs drafting a rookie QB are taking notes.

Never. There are few HC/Owner combos I can see getting along worse than Bill O'Brien & Jerry Jones.
